I give you 5 stars in the store, out of courtesy, but the experience is indeed 1 star, except for the front desk lady is more serious, the other is a mess, the boss is not at all concerned about this store, broken, dilapidated, unreasonable place, not rectified at all, no maintenance, no replacement, no care, The details are very different. 1. I prepared to cook by myself, but the fire in the kitchen was bad. I repaired it several times before it was repaired. I started cooking at 10 o'clock in the evening. It was early in the morning after dinner...
2. We went upstairs to sing 🎤 and were ready to start the nightlife, and the singing facilities were also bad. It doesn't matter if we eat late, but we sang for the theme, and it didn't repair it for a long time. On the first night, I was anxious and disappointed to rest. The next day the staff came to repair the equipment.
3. The service attitude was also very disappointing when checking out. We spent more than 5,000 for the room rate. I thought there would be a good experience, but the facilities experience disappointed us. I feel that the kitchen fire is bad and delays our meal time. The theme singing is bad. Shouldn't we give us a reasonable statement? We raised these questions when we checked out, and the housekeeper replied that we would send us a few bottles of water to solve this problem...
