We had an excellent stay. The property is brand new, everything’s clean and very well maintained. The unit was spacious, modern and neat, all great. Staff were all great, easy communication and willingness to help at anytime. The property also features a gym which we haven’t had time to try but I’m sure it’s lovely. Would def recommend! While this didn’t impact the quality of our stay, feedback to housekeeping would be to have hangers in the bathroom (not much space to hang towels) and to provide milk and water to guests on arrival. The property does a great job with extending complimentary coffee beans for an experience but with no milk it’s a bit too strong for non-regular coffee drinkers.

We passed by this hotel hundreds times and we finally spent 2 nights celebrating our 45th anniversary there.the service was excellent,lots of cool characters everywhere inside and you got the real key to your room.The parking garage was well lit and safe.we will go back again this summer 👍❤️❤️❤️👍

We have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us. They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

Kami hanya menginap satu malam. Ada dua kamar tidur, satu ruang tamu, dan satu kamar mandi. Ruangannya sangat nyaman dan lengkap seperti rumah, dengan microwave, mesin kopi, panci instan, kompor, lemari es, meja, dll. Terdapat TV di setiap kamar dan ruang tamu. Terdapat cermin rias dan meja samping tempat tidur di kamar tidur, serta jendela setinggi langit-langit. Tempat tidurnya sangat empuk, awalnya saya mengira akan terlalu empuk untuk tidur, tapi akhirnya saya bisa tidur nyenyak sampai subuh. Lokasinya bagus dan sangat nyaman untuk berbelanja. Ada banyak toko di lantai bawah tempat Anda dapat membeli makanan. Ada McDonald's, ramen Jepang, dan Zhenzhudan di seberang jalan~ Restoran Cina di sebelah Zhen Zhu Dan juga memiliki makanan enak. Bosnya sangat sopan dan akan mengobrol dengan Anda dan merekomendasikan makanan lezat untuk Anda.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, making it perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The location was very convenient with easy access to nearby shops and transportation. The staff provided excellent service—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets felt soft and fresh. Overall, a great place to stay—I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

Ini adalah hotel bisnis yang sangat biasa. Tidak ada keluhan besar, dan juga tidak ada hal positif yang besar. Lain kali saya ke Vancouver, saya rasa saya akan menginap disana lagi kalau lebih murah dari yang lain.

Location at its best if you want to explore downtown - walking distance from Canada Place, Gas Town, malls and Restaurants. Perfect for strolling! Customer service is good as well. Definitely will book again of we’ll go back to Vancouver.

Today was my second booking with the hotel and im very satisfied with almost everything. The location is very convenient as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Even the sky train is just a few minutes walk. That aside, the hotel is very clean and neat. Few kitchen stuff is also provided. Staff is also friendly and approachable.
