Прекрасная локация. Центр, всё в шаговой доступности, но тк отель расположен в дворике - очень тихо! Очень радушный персонал, хорошие базовые завтраки. В номерах тепло, стабильная горячая вода. Чай, кофе, 2 бутылки воды в день. Хорошая, ежедневная уборка! Возможный минусы: нельзя подъехать на такси прямо к отелю, тк въезд во двор огорожен шлагбаумом. Но, пройти 100 метров, не вызывает сложностей!

Secara keseluruhan, saya puas. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah parkir agak sulit karena berada di jalan yang sempit, dan ada banyak restoran di dekatnya. Jika Anda naik taksi atau menyewa mobil, Anda perlu masuk dan keluar dengan cepat. Itu saja. Ada bank di sebelah kanan luar tempat Anda dapat menukar mata uang dengan nilai tukar yang bagus. Stafnya ramah dan menyambut. Ada taman kecil di depan tempat anak-anak bersenang-senang.

Nice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

Very nice hotel, for the price you get very professional and helpful staff, nice big rooms, all amenities you would need (even bathrobes) and a decent breakfast Due to booking errors from my site we actually experienced 3 different room categories and all were beyond our expectations (for that price point) - extremely convenient that the double rooms even have two bathrooms Location is very central and walking distance to most sights and things to do Only improvement I could think of would be having coffee from a machine for the breakfast instead of filter coffee

Hotel yang sangat bagus. Stafnya ramah dan siap membantu menjawab pertanyaan apa pun. Lokasinya sangat bagus. Kasurnya cukup keras, dan kamar-kamarnya kedap suara dengan baik. Saya berharap sarapannya lebih menarik, tetapi ini tidak memengaruhi kenyamanan hotel itu sendiri. Saya akan dengan senang hati menginap di sini lagi.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

Hotelnya sangat sederhana, tetapi lokasinya sangat bagus, di sebelah food court yang luas, banyak toko, 12 menit dari bandara. Stafnya sangat ramah, sederhana namun bersih dan nyaman, Anda dapat merasakan semacam kepedulian, seperti di rumah sendiri. Terima kasih.
