The toilet smells very strongly of urine and after 5 days of stay - this smell did not disappear even with the window open. In order for the room to be cleaned, you need to ask for it every day at the reception. There is no soap in the room. The main road to the hotel is gravel. The beach is 5 minutes along gravel. But the beach is dug up, there are excavators and you can’t lie on it. On the positive side - polite staff, 10 minutes walk to the main beach of Alona, ​​reasonable price.

The reasonable pricing, in combination with the clean and cute ambiance, made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One minor area for improvement would be the towels, which, while clean, showed signs of aging. However, this was a small detail in an otherwise enjoyable experience. In conclusion, Katchajo Inn provided a welcoming and convenient base for our beachside getaway. With its clean and charming accommodations, hospitable service, and added amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a mini-swimming pool, we found it to be a delightful choice for couples seeking a relaxing and well-located retreat. We would recommend Katchajo Inn to others looking for a cozy and convenient stay near the beach.

The location of this hotel is really good, it is also very close to the money exchange, although it is not the most favorable money exchange. Please don't expect too much about the facilities in the room. We encountered some facilities that were broken. The hotel has good service and will fix them, but things are easy to break. It depends on whether you mind. There was not enough light in the room, and even if the lights were turned on, it would not be very beautiful, but because I was very tired from playing, I didn't care about it. The air conditioning is amazing, super cold. The outdoor swimming pool has been out of use for a long time, just take a look.

We had an amazing time at Conrada’s. The staff members were so helpful, warm, and friendly. Ms. Conrada ate lunch and dinner with her staff ( which I have never seen before). She treats them like family, which is exceptionally admirable. They learned to prepare our eggs and sausages the way we liked them. I definitely recommend this place to families, couples and solo travellers. They organized our tours and we had a splendid time. There IS hot water in the shower. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Another good thing about staying at Conrada’s is; that it’s close to EVERYTHING!!! They organized our tours and the driver was just so patient. On our last night, we had Karaoke😂😂. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation here and will go to their other branch in Cebu soon. PS: It's so easy to get Pesos here and in my case, I got more for my USD here. I recommend talking with them before purchasing a SIM because not all of them work for tourists (that is if you want to have DATA).

A nice clean place. Located 15-20min walk or 3min bike ride from Alona beach. Good for families with kids. Swimming pool is nice and the territory of the resort has a lot of photo locations. Hot water works well but there is no shampoo or toothbrush

Very good, the location is very close, very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Because my plan has changed, I left first, and I will patronize this store next time.

The hotel is ok. Location is good, personal is kind. The minus is that very noisy from the road. And no extra locker on the door. (One night the worker got inside the room by accident). And to be honest breakfast is bad

This is an excellent choice for a trip to Panglao Island. A ten-minute walk to Alona Beach. Lovely gardens to sit and relax. Excellent service and cleanliness. It is a lovely, quiet environment and has very helpful staff. I would definitely have this hotel as my top choice to stay.

The hotel is large, but everything looks like it is being renovated, the furnishings are not new. The staff is responsive, they offered tea, coffee, showed where to get it. It is far from Alon, but there was nothing to choose from.

Purely. The bed is comfortable. Nice blanket. We asked for a kettle in our room and they brought it to us along with mugs and water. Friendly girls. There is a bakery on the ground floor. One bad thing - it was very noisy on the last night, and some cat was screaming every night and it was impossible to sleep.
