From the moment I arrived, I was treated with an incredible level of hospitality that truly set the tone for my stay. Firstly, the host was amazingly kind and made me feel immediately welcome. Their warm demeanor and genuine interest in ensuring I had a pleasant stay were truly heartwarming. The check-in process was impressively speedy, which allowed me to settle into my room quickly without any hassle. Speaking of the room, it was spotless and impeccably maintained. SSolo Male - Long Term TravelStayed 5 nights in bedroom. Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine. Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive. Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

RRobert542Nice hotel. The room is spacious and clean, there’s lots of furniture available. Wifi works well. Towels and amenities are changed every day and the bed is made. The breakfast was pretty good and every day there was something different to choose from. The only problem was with registering my stay as a foreigner, the receptionists seem to be inexperienced at registering foreigners - it took them over an hour which I had to spend with them at the reception desk, I even had to call trip.com to ask for help. They even told me to leave and find another hotel (even though the whole stay was paid for already), but I insisted and in the end I was allowed to stay. Great hotel overall, but the reception staff needs more training.
