The overall price of the hotel is very high, it is newly renovated, and the equipment in the room looks clean and hygienic. I have stayed here 3 times and I am very satisfied. This time I brought my mother-in-law with me, so I booked a deluxe double room for the elderly. The facilities in the room are complete and I boiled hot water for my mother-in-law. It is only a 3-minute walk to Chengde South Station. The surrounding environment is beautiful. There is a supermarket and breakfast shop downstairs. It’s also very close. I love the blue sky of Chengde.

Environment: The location is right next to the main road. You can see it from the roadside. It is easy to find. There are not many parking spaces at the door, so we parked in the underground parking lot. I like the environment and style of the lobby very much. It is very special. Took a photo 😁

By far the best accommodation in Chengde, in relation between price and quality. The service was amazing!!! I don't know how much money the reception ladies make, but they deserve a raise, every single time I had a question they were able to answer, from places to go, to places to eat. Limited english support, of course, but a translation app does the job. The room I stayed in was male-only. The beds all had curtains, an indoor light, and a private plug for charging, so no complaints. The in-room bathroom was always clean aswell.
The only con would be the amenities, no towel, no toothbrush, but I had brought my own so not a problem for me, and this is begging to look like common practice at hostels worlwide. And you need to make your own bed. Aside from that everything was perfect.

The room we live in is next to the four rows of e-sports rooms. They play games all night at night and talk. I basically hear it clearly. The second-level package and shouting, then I knocked on the door and reminded me not to shout, but it was still not soundproof, and I had been chiselling near the high-speed rail station in the morning. In addition to the sound insulation, the other is basically good. I hope to strengthen the sound insulation. I will live next time.

GGuest UserThe small courtyard halfway up the mountain is unique. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard for guests to drink tea and chat. It should be very comfortable in summer. There are three accommodation rooms in total. On the second floor, there is a swing at the top of the stairs, which children like very much. It was very peaceful to sleep at night. In the morning, I opened the curtains and let the sunlight shine in. The baby went out to play on the swing wearing slippers😄
The boss, Brother Li, was very enthusiastic. He not only helped us solve the ticketing problem, but also sent us food guides, travel notes, etc. Thank you very much. The recommended barbecue was very delicious. We ordered it twice (we asked for an errand and it was delivered in 20 minutes). Da, very convenient)😋
Finally, I suggest everyone to arrive a day early during the holidays. We arrived at the courtyard at around 10pm on the 30th, and went to the summer resort early on May 1st, which was perfect to avoid the crowds😁

Lli lianOur stay was very pleasant. The location was super perfect. Just outside the entrance to the ticketing counter to enter the jinshanling Great wall . The family was very welcoming and the room was spotlessly clean and was very toughtfully planned. The room looked like it was newly renovated. Itbwas a vrry cosy room. Breakfast was nice and warm and good portions. Can order dinner too and the homecooked food was delicious. . The owner also gave us a ride to Gubei for a very fair fee. I really like this place and would like to.come back

This is a whole suite with a yard, which can easily accommodate three families. The room is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are modern. There is a kitchen and three bathrooms, and a large yard filled with all kinds of fruits and vegetables (the boss is definitely an expert at growing vegetables!). It is only ten minutes' walk from the gate of Jinshanling Great Wall, which is very convenient. The boss and his family are very, very kind. Compared with the attached five-star Jinshanling Great Wall Hotel, the conditions are better and the price-performance ratio is super high.

TTommy ChawAt the beginning it is hard for me to choose even the review is positive, but when I arrive and check in, I totally change my view. The surrounding is cozy, the room are clean with no cigarette odour even they provide ash tray in the room (suggest owner take away the ash tray and put a notice smoke at provider smoking area out side the premises), toilet are bright and water pressure is good (but hope the owner can make a little bit changes for the wiring system of the water heater), the food is tasty and size are too big for solo traveller (suggest to owner set a
price for small size for not wasting food), the owner parents are friendly and always give the good service. At night, surrounding is quite and good to rest. it is a walking distance to Jing shang ling tourist center but if planning to do the sunrise walk the owner will provide a transfer service to the entrance at 330am. Overall it is a good choice to stay here.
