You did it again ....2nd visit...fabulous . I cannot fault this hotel , the team that make peoples dream holidays come true , the attention to detail, the food , the service Happy friendly team of people providing exceptional service with a nothing is to much trouble attitude . Surprise birthday cake left in my room , ... special . Thankyou. We enjoyed sharing your Easter celebrations with you .. This hotel is beautiful all staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you to ensure you have a great holiday, when we arrived we had drainage problems in our first room so we’re swiftly moved to another, pool areas are great, restaurants are very good and a la carte restaurant was phenomenal they accommodated a huge birthday party and Stella and her team were wonderful. A big shout out to Whako the entertainment water aerobics is great fun 🤩 great holiday - the only downside was the subbed wars as soon as the Germans arrived hotel does stop you putting towels out before 8am but very hard to police

This is an excellent hotel in an A1 location To start it's only 20 min drive from Heraklion airport, We arrived about midnight and the reception quickly checked us in and took our cases for us to our room, once I the room we were pleasantly surprised to find a chilled bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us. All the staff are very happy and helpful, on our 1st trip to the bar the barman George shook my hand and introduced himself and from then on for the next 11 days he never forgot my name. All the bar staff were great remembering what you like to drink and promptly brought them to you when you sat down . The entertainment is brought in from outside but is overseen by wacko who is a bundle of fun and energy and doesn't stop .The beachfront location is excellent a 5 second walk and your on the beach. The sea is calm and crystal clear. The town which is full of bars and restaurants is a 2 min walk away I can't recommend this place enough , we try and not go back to the same place twice but I think this might be the exception 😁

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were amazing, always very friendly and attentive. The entertainment was fantastic, with exciting shows every night that kept us entertained, as well as great daytime activities. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. The beachfront location was perfect, providing stunning views and easy access to the sea. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were amazing, always friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome and cared for. The entertainment was fantastic, with exciting shows every night that kept us entertained. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. The beachfront location was perfect, providing stunning views and easy access to the sea. The territory of the hotel is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and scenic spots. A special highlight was the daily morning yoga sessions, which I really suggest you try out. They provided a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended for a memorable vacation!

Great hotel for couples. Chilled atmosphere during the day with lively entertainment at night, it has everything! Perfect views of the sea wherever you sit and dedicated space to spend day at the beach during the day. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily, couldn’t ask for much more

The hotel was very classy and the garden at the hotel was beautiful. The location of the hotel was very good, the hotel is next to the sea and also close to the airport. It was nice that there was entertainment every day at the hotel. We specially enjoyed the aqua aerobic, because the gym instructor was very energetic and skillful. Also the food at the hotel was fresh and tasteful. Service at the hotel was good and polite. We really enjoyed our holiday!

This 5 star resort was amazing. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, staff, food and location were amazing! I visited as an agent and I could not fault Blue Sea at all, all staff were very attentive, we checked in late and food was already in our fridge waiting for us. The food buffet had excellent choice from local Cretan food so some home favourites. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
