One of the best hotel to stay with the price shown. Room is very good, spacious and toilet also good. Just hot water after finish needed to wait for 15-20 minutes for about 30 litres used. If u can save hot water then ok. Temperature of hot water good

A family oriented hotel with a dining hall and a grocery store owned by the hotelier, a medical right besides the hotel and a police station on the opposite side. A very safe location full of amenities and good room too. Stay here for your visit to beautiful Kashmir!

Worst hotel manager is a big fraud he keeps saying we have ac we have resturant we have veg and non veg food and the truth is he even don't have anything without giving fake words never stay at this place we paid 3000 for stay the property is not worth of 900 he spoiled our family trip kids had lot of problems the water was not comming and the person namely Muzaffar owner is big cheat he will explain you the issues the their Bell boy told us everythink where he said this person never thinks of customer he is only after the money we saw one family asking for food charges Rs. 200 were for the cup of tea the family asked to make it 100 which is authentic for 5 cup of tea they have paid 2k just understand the mindset of the property owner it's all about money and nothink the location is sonwar which is back side of the city completely looks like we were staying in slum after we did check in at hotel Akbar inn

The hotel denied the room stating they did not receive any information from make my trip they just to compensate given us stay in their sister concern hotel which was below standard. This has given me a bad experience overall using make my trip. 1
