I really like the location of the hotel, it’s closed to shopping more and restaurants. It’s 10-minute away from the spring field metro station, but the hotel offers complimentary shuttle to send you to the metro station or pick you up from the metro station. It saves a lot of trouble of car rental, as finding parking lots in the city is not fun. The breakfast is good, there are quite a few selections of food and drinks .

Very clean and nice. I liked the room very much. Was super comfy
The customer service was top tier! The cleanliness was not. I am on of those people that kinda inspects and re-cleans everything when I go to a hotel. I even travel with sheets if it is a drive. When I got to my room, there were two brown stains on my couch which resembled and responded to my rubbing as if it were chocolate. This same substance was in my bedding. The headboard had a large oil space. There were oily and highly visible fingerprints along the side of the closet and on the table in front of the TV. There were splatters of again what appeared to be chocolate on highly visible spaces along the wall and light controls. The wall paper is dated and gives the room a sense of darkness which is fine for a hotel room but not welcoming. I also would have preferred the lament flooring in the hall instead of the room.

There were multiple water damages spots in the ceiling. The bathroom didn’t feel clean but just touched up. No lighting in parking lot. Felt unsafe at back and side entrances. AC/Heating unit extremely loud

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Hotel was good for the price. Had a bad smell in the hallways. Breakfast was pretty good. Bed was comfortable.

I checked out early at 6am but after 30 minutes I learned that my flight got cancelled. So when I asked to go back to the room, they said you need to make a new reservation.

Our key cards did not open the door to our room upon arrival. The front desk gave us new cards which worked once then did not work again. It seemed we only received one use from the cards and they were no longer workable. Very frustrating. The people in the room next to us were up partying all night which we could hear very clearly through the thin walls. Not your fault but we had to run the loud AC unit all night to drown out the sounds from their room. Again very frustrating experience.

My name is Diego Duran, and I recently had the pleasure of staying at [the Wingate by Wyndham Springfield. I am reaching out to you to express my concerns regarding certain aspects of my guest experience.
During my stay, I noticed that the front desk staff was not as friendly as I expected. In several interactions, I perceived a rude attitude, which negatively impacted my customer experience. I strongly believe in the importance of courtesy and friendly service in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, I did not experience that during my visit.
She also denied me access to the manager.
Additionally, I want to point out that I was assigned to an accessible room despite not requesting such a configuration. I understand that there may be limitations in room availability, but I was surprised that I was not consulted about this assignment, as I might have had different preferences.
I appreciate your attention to these matters and trust that appropriate steps will be taken to improve the quality of service. I am confident that, with your intervention, these concerns can be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.
