Service was great, room was clean and modern. Location is a bit outside of the CBD so just be conscious of that.

The room is not at the beautiful sides - the old mansion as the photo shows. It’s more like a motel setup but in good location. Price is comparatively high given the room is small. Service is good though.

Staff at the reception counter are good and friendly. Hotel location was ok given that we are attending wedding nearby at Fortitude Valley. Average cleanliness of the room, saw some stains on the bedsheets.

The hotel is just about okay. I feel like they are trying to hard to be a good hotel but are falling really short. It’s easy to get to the airport from here but after staying in numerous hotels in Australia over the past couple of weeks, this one is definitely at the bottom of my list.

Excellent attention from the staff and always willing to help. Very nice and clean facilities.

Great price. Good clean room with everything you need and close to everything in the city.

Just up from the Valley. Lovely clean room. Comfortable king sized bed with extra, full pillows. Gracious bathroom. Very pleasant breakfast. We shall be returning.

We stayed here last year when we were in Brisbane. Swift and friendly check in and check out. Room is small but clean. Definitely rebook when we come back to Brisbane next year.

Had a ceiling light fall out of the roof directly on top of me while I was sitting on the bed.

A nice modern room with all the amenities to go with it. Comfortable, clean, amazing shower and views, amazing staff and ample parking though not free. Near to public transportation, coffee shop on the ground floor and abundant retail shops nearby.
