酒店位置絕對的市中心，房間寬敞漂亮，坐在陽台看運河是一種享受，服務超一流，老門僮很紳士，前台接待非常有禮貌，大堂很精質，牆上掛着古典主義油畫真跡。衞生間很大，屋裡床上用品是超一流的，非常適服。這裏夏天的晚上十點半天才黑，夜晚美麗的鐘聲在夜空中回蕩。特別提示：這家酒店可以下午四點退房。

阿姆斯特丹華爾道夫。位置沒得説，就在紳士運河邊，一幢老錢歐洲的房子。離幾大博物館1.2-1.5公里，走路20分鐘以內（三層運河和每走幾步就有可愛小橋以及岸邊巧克力一樣的小房子讓路程更加短了）。服務一流，早餐非常好，煙燻三文魚啊火腿啊都是自己做的，口味很好，但是客房餐就一言難盡了😭；客房衞生也是絕對標準，淺白色衞生間的地面上、浴缸、淋浴間、枱麪、任何地方都找不到一絲不潔，打掃衞生的服務員依然是那麼神出鬼沒（和香港東京的高級酒店們一樣）；洗浴是整全套大瓶裝伊索，直接擺那；基本就是除了貴沒毛病～下次來阿姆斯特丹還會再考慮住。

The room is spacious and hotel is in a quiet location. It’s good for a relax or business trip but not recommended for Executive Room. I booked an Executive King room with lounge access. There was no executive counter or express checkin and check out for Executive room guests. I am sad that my executive room was on 5/F whilst the executive lounge is located on 22/F. The lounge provided very limited of food during breakfast, tea and evening cocktails. The coffee machine was broken and food was out of stock frequently. I pre-paid my hotel accommodation, the staff confirmed that during my check-in but they asked me to pay my room during my checkout. It took me some time to talk to manager and settle it.

Hotel bukan hotel bintang 5 menginap di hostel dengan standar yang sama - kamarnya kecil dan AC sangat bising - pindah ke kamar lain berbau sangat lembab - kedap suara bisa mendengar kamar sebelah pergi ke toilet dan kamar di atas paling sering berpindah-pindah malam - sauna dan ruang uap - ruang uap rusak - kebutuhan sangat tidak nyaman Saya memiliki punggung yang buruk oleh karena itu lebih memilih tempat tidur yang lebih empuk - tidak akan merekomendasikan untuk tinggal di sini ada banyak hotel yang lebih indah dengan harga lebih murah - Saya akan menginap di salah satunya lain kali

Hotel indah dan bersih, staf yang ramah dan area resepsionis yang bagus. Diberi akses ke kamar saya lebih awal yang sangat bagus. Lokasi bagus dari stasiun kereta api dan semua toko serta naik perahu. Tempat makan ada dimana-mana dan tidak terlalu berisik. Hotel ini terletak di sebelah kantor polisi utama sehingga Anda merasa cukup aman. Akan memesan hotel ini lagi jika saya kembali ke AMS

For a W hotel, the experience was not as good as it is in other locations The location is ok , but the tram passing by and the noisy bars might be noisy especially when you are on lower floors The room is OK , nothing really special about it, and feel soulless with kitchy decorations and wall paintings Breakfast is not bad as well Cleaning is ok but i found a silverfish on the room… not to mention as well that some amenities are not replaced if used… unless ordered Most of the staff were really helpful and nice , except a very rude one on the bank checkin counter that should change jobs if it’s annoying her that much The pool , spa and lounge and gym are really amazing but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy them as much as we wanted because of the weather and time constraints Overall , i would say it’s a good value for money but there are better options in Amsterdam!
