The hotel is located in the mountains near Shuzenji Temple. We originally booked this hotel expecting a beautiful view, but the waiter actually gave us a room facing the staff entrance. Not only did we not have a window view, but as soon as we opened the curtains, we could see the staff coming in and out and the garbage trucks, which really affected our mood. The hygiene in the hot spring dressing room was also worrying. The wall near the exhaust fan was obviously dusty and dirty. The hygiene of this hotel was not very good. 😑 There was hair left by someone on the bedside in the room. Sigh😑, I have to give a bad review.

I booked the hotel specifically for the evening kaiseki cuisine. I read reviews on Ctrip saying that dinner was included, but when I booked, there was no option to include dinner. But Ctrip replied that it was okay to add it when I arrived. As a result, I thought I should ask one day in advance. Now, when I asked, I was told that I needed to book three days in advance. Ctrip also told me that I had to book three days in advance for the two free transfers mentioned in the reviews. Why don’t you write it in the introduction? When I arrived at the store, I asked if I could add money to have dinner, but it was not possible. I had to book in advance. I said that I had told Ctrip about it, and the store showed me the c-trip page. The list that Ctrip gave me was room only. I was really speechless. There was nothing to eat in this place. It was not good no matter how I arrived. The hotel was not cheap. There was no one at the front desk who could speak English. They just couldn’t speak English at all. I couldn’t understand the most basic words. The hotel service was okay. Later, a guy who could speak a little Chinese came and helped me order takeout. There was food (because it was raining heavily that day and I couldn’t go out). But I came all the way from Tokyo and the experience was really average. The hot spring pool in my room is also very small, about 1.5 square meters? ... Oh. I went to Kikuya the next day. I personally think it is much better. This hotel has no public facilities, just rooms. It is recommended to book good food and shuttle bus three days in advance. If you forget or don't make it, forget it and change hotels. By the way, this hotel is a three-star hotel on Googlemap. Although Kikuya next door is old, it is at least a four-star hotel...

Overall, this hotel is a very cost-effective hotel, especially for guests who play golf. I will stay here again next time. I stayed in the hotel for three consecutive nights with breakfast and dinner. The dinner was different every day and very rich. There were two days of set breakfast and one day of buffet breakfast. You can see Mount Fuji from your room, but because of the cloudy weather, you can only see the top of the mountain for a short time. The rest of the time, Mount Fuji was hiding behind the clouds. It is said that because of the low light pollution, the hotel is very suitable for stargazing, but I ate too much for dinner every day and went to bed early. It's a pity. Next time I will experience the hot springs and stargazing. The hotel's hot spring is Nekogoshi Hot Spring, which has indoor and outdoor facilities. I especially like the outdoor hot spring. You need to walk down a few steps, as if you are in the middle of the woods. When the wind is strong, the leaves rustle, which is very healing. Let's talk about the hotel's golf course. Since I didn't book a package that included playing golf, the playing fee was additional, but it was also very affordable. I like to drive the golf course by myself, without a caddy, and play golf freely. The first nine holes were played in the woods. I was lucky to meet deer unexpectedly on the 2nd and 8th holes, which was a surprise; the last nine holes were more like deep in the wilderness. The golf course is not too difficult and there are not many people. If you don't play golf, you can go to Shuzenji to see the attractions. You can book the hotel's shuttle bus one day in advance to take you to Shuzenji Station, and then take a taxi or bus to go there.

I used it for the wedding anniversary celebration.
I've seen it in a magazine before, and I've been worried about it all the time, and this time I was able to ask my long-cherished wish come true.
The room, the food and the staff were able to spend a very good time with two people more than expected.
The facility name LOQUAT means ”Biwa”, and there is a ”Shirabiwa” that can only be seen in this area on the premises.
When I heard it at dinner, I thought it was a nice story, but after checking out, I asked the staff to suggest that it was the season, and I had a harvest experience.
It was a very enjoyable and valuable experience.
He also experiences making biwa sake, which seems to be very interesting.

The decoration is in the Western style of the 1980s. For some years, the room we stayed in still has paint smell. I don’t know if it has been repaired recently. Compared with such an expensive house price, I really want to faint. Just came from Asahi of Shuzenji the day before, this price is more expensive than Asana, but the experience is like mud. The price/performance ratio is too low. I don't know what the bottom line is. The good place is good service, good ingredients for dinner and breakfast, the next day the weather cleared, saw Mount Fuji, at the same time the hotel helped to contact a reasonable price taxi to the next destination, which is a little soothing to check the mood of the day.

There are private baths and public baths. The buffet is very rich. The hotel is more than 2 kilometers away from Shuzenji Station by bus, and it is very easy to find. I borrowed a bicycle from the hotel to go to Kawabata Yasunari's Yumotokan, which is 25 kilometers round trip. The bicycle is very useful. Although I can't come again in the future, I especially recommend this hotel to everyone.

GGuest UserIt is a traditional ryokan with a lot of history. Therefore, due to its age, it cannot provide a too comfortable feeling. There are no lifts / escalators for customers to go to 2/F. I needed to carry two suitcases up 2 steep staircases to my room. The room is clean but just old. It is also not easy to find a TV of that small size in hotels now. The hot springs (Onzen) were fine. Both dinner and breakfast are good, I was seated in a smaller restaurant where I found very comfortable.

GGuest UserWe visited Arai Ryokan in November for a family autumn hot spring trip.
Arai Ryokan definitely had its own unique charm and atmosphere, to the point where it felt like a cultural asset.
There were various types of hot springs, so it was fun to explore them, and the kaiseki cuisine had a variety of colors and flavors, which was a great experience.
Of course, the staff were also kind and welcoming, so our family stayed comfortably without any inconvenience.
I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Arai Ryokan.
If I have another chance, I will use it again.

The nearest hot spring hotel after disembarking at Toi Port, the facilities are very comfortable. There is a coffee area in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel that is open at fixed times. The area is very large and all built along the river. It used to be a high-end place for celebrities in Tokyo, Japan to vacation, gather and relax. There are many buildings and old objects from decades ago. Both the indoor hot springs and public hot springs are good. The outdoor hot spring can deeply feel the hotel's business philosophy and the deep integration of man and nature.

LLIHUAHotel location is good, very close to Xiushan Temple, Bamboo Forest Trail. There are 7 floors, which are considered high in local hotels.
There is a forest behind the hotel and the air is nice.
The old lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly in English.
Dining is a VIP room in each section, you can enjoy the food quietly.
Open air, go out on the fifth floor. The scale is not very large, connected to the mountains. An appointment is required. The time for soaking is 45 minutes. The time is up before people feel truly relaxed.
Breakfast time is earlier and I want to go back and rest after eating. The tatami beds have been put away. Check-out time is 10:30 in the morning, guests can't leave, and then clean up. Not very humane.

AAlanThe place is amazing, own onsen in your room, and there is an amazing view of Fuji. The only problem is that there any restaurants for this hotel that doesn’t require a reservation prior to your check in, so if you need any food, you need to go to the hotel next-door. Other than that is a very good experience, very spacious room for your family or your friend, and it’s a great chance for you to get near nearer
to the nature.

The Japanese-style room is a bit old, but the view of the sea view room is great. Take a balcony to see the sea, the bathroom part has been renovated with a bathtub, by the way to the Tufei Jinshan to visit, the road is worth a visit to the attraction, after the visit, there is a free foot soup is very hot.
