The hotel itself was spotless, with a cozy yet elegant ambiance that perfectly complemented the winter landscape outside.
One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set this hotel apart.
The convenience of the airport shuttle service was another major plus. It was punctual, well-maintained, and made our arrival and departure seamless. Traveling can sometimes be stressful, especially in winter conditions, but this service made it effortless.
For families, this hotel is an absolute gem. Our kids had an incredible time, from enjoying the cozy common areas to indulging in the delicious food. Room was very small and view was ugly (roof and another building). However, despite being very small it was well equipped and recently furnished and I had a good sleep. Had dinner and breakfast in hotel. Food was good for both meals. Service in hotel is a bit fussy, they waste time telling you things you don’t want to know, but then when I had a small problem with my room it took ages to get it fixed.

AAvid Traveller AngieNot the best location to other amenities. However, shuttle service to ski resort and train station helps. It is a beautiful hotel, with free flow of wine tasting and snacks in the evening. Fantastic breakfast spread. Free self service laundry. Great atmosphere for families. Would love to spend winter there again.

AAnonymous OwlHonestly, I expected more from this hotel at this price. The room is ultimately small and it could barely open a 22-inch suitcase! I need to step on my companions suitcase in order to get through the corridor of the room Yet it is still a good hotel that provides private hot spring places. Yet it depends on the self-discipline of the other guest as they might stay longer than the hotel's regulation. Free ices, drinks, and lots of manga were provided at the hot spring place. There are also night soba which just don't expect the quality of it.

This is the most cost-effective ski hotel I have ever stayed in Japan.
Sake and amazake are provided every day to warm up the residents.
A wide range of hotel supplies are available for use.
The morning and evening buffets are also exceptionally good.
The staff who rented ski equipment were also very nice and gave us a lot of suggestions.
He also thoughtfully remembered that my left foot is relatively big and helped me arrange my shoes.
I will definitely come here for the second time, I wish you better and better.

CChuchu520The furniture and facilities in the B&B are very new, and it feels like a newly opened hotel. The hotel environment is very clean, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is more convenient to book a self-driving tour.

The boss is very enthusiastic. Although he can't speak Chinese, there are staff who can speak English to introduce the facilities. The boss lives in the next room. After checking out, he just packs up his luggage and knocks on his door to see if anything is missing.

CCharlingStayed for 2 days, and we do not require the room cleaning service for the next day.
On the 2nd day, after a long day of wonderful sightseeing and visiting beautiful fruits farm, my husband was tired and looking for a cup of coffee when back to the hote to rest.
As he had driven for the whole day, it was definitely a cup of drip coffee that would be a good booster for him.
I'm very surprised that when I asked for a packet of coffee at the front desk, the receptionist told me the drip coffee was out of stock.
Thought out my 30 years of tourism. This was my first time experiencing that the hotel room's coffee supply is out of stock. And I can't believe it happened in Japan.

CChristopher ThiaFenix Furano was a quaint little hotel with little frills, but it suited us fine... we understood the green policy behind minimising housekeeping, and we are totally fine with in.
One downside is that they didn't have non-slip mats for the bathtub when you used it to shower. The body soap was very soapy and with the tub surface; making it a potential safety concern... and indeed, my elderly mum-in-law fell and hit her head.. she had a bump and some bleeding. We hope that the management looks into this for the safety of all guests.
Apart from this, we enjoyed the tranquillity of the vacinity and drove out to wherever we wanted from there. We would recommend this place if you have a rental car.

GGuest UserRecommend only for self drive travelers. For those who take public transportation is not. It is 13 mins away from bus station by foot.
Service just Ok. Provide just enough service. Did not provide any extra more service. Most of the service they say they have but usually need to make reservation 1~3 days in advance.
Shuttle Bus from Hotel to Furano station runs on only 17:30 and no return pickup service. Only drop off. And also cannot make reservation on the day you arrive.

EEng Teck TanCant find my fault with the hotel. Service was good except the language part but they were helpful in most things you ask. Only the shuttle bus driver seem a bit impatient but overall good... Facilities are good as well... Room is a decent size compared to many other hotels that we have been to in Japan. Able to handle the whole family and still has space for 4 luggages.... The hotel even has an onsen which is great in winter..... Hotel breakfast is good although the whole 5 days we were there, there is no change in the menu at all but enough variety to last us for a few days - western, japanese etc.... Amenities are also good in the hotel.... Responsive concierge and housekeeping

LLoundkaewnooNear the ski slopes, very good location on the main road. Convenient parking, can park in front of the hotel, not waste money. Good atmosphere, the room is not very new but Big enough to put up to 4 large bags and very clean. Overall, it's lovely. Importantly, the price is very cheap and have breakfast as well.
The downside is that the beds that are in the bed are so old that the spring lifts the back and the staff can't speak English.
