SSoloSavvyNancyOne of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The setting is breathtaking and the service is attentive and kind, from reception to dinner.
It’s quaint and a small (luxury) hotel, where you can relax without chaos! There is no sunset view of the domes,
Only small plus would have been if the hotel provided an hourly shuttle between Fira and Oia (the hotel is in between) as the bus only travels one way, which means you have to go to Oia first then to Fira, and then another bus to get to the hotel from Fira. (4Euro as two buses or 20Euro per ride).
Service was exceptional from reception to dining, special kudos to our receptionist lady whose name started with F… and Eleini at lunch.
Complimentary breakfast is excellent, albeit limited tables overlooking the ocean with shade, the service and food make up for it!
We were upgraded to a suite and received a bottle of rosé and water upon check in and, chocolate and more water at turn down service.

TTamu房間設施還可以，床品舒適，泳池是恆温的，但很小，早餐是菜單式，味道和食材都不錯，每天會有細微的區別。有夜床服務，每天會送不同的睡前禮物，風景也很nice，正對火山。唯一不足的是提行李要收費，另外從停車場到酒店要走很遠，每天都是爬上爬下，腿腳不好的甚選

NNicolaBOur experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff.
The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain.
The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor.
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes.
Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment.

TTamuThe staff were absolutely incredible! They were accommodating, attentive, and made sure that we had the best time in Santorini, which we did! The location is excellent if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk into Imerovigli as it’s just outside of that village. Perfect for couples! They also treated us to a surprise on my birthday, which was lovely added touch. The view of the sunset from our balcony was equally amazing. We would definitely stay again!
