LLet anA Mixed Stay Near Hauptbahnhof
We stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be a ok option overall, especially for its convenient location. On the positive side, it’s situated right near the Hauptbahnhof, making it an ideal base for a quick day of exploring the city via public transport. The breakfast staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant morning vibe. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it covered all the essentials:fresh bread, fruits, cereals, and hot items—to fuel you up for the day ahead.
That said, there were some notable drawbacks that detracted from the experience. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator on the 5th floor, there was a strong, unpleasant plumbing odor coming from the toilet area in the hallway. Unfortunately, this issue persisted in our room (583), where the smell emanated from the bathroom. Even after leaving the window open all day, it lingered upon our return, which was quite off-putting. The hotel was fully booked, according to the receptionist, so we didn’t pursue switching rooms. Additionally, the Hocker near the tea table was heavily worn and tattered, almost as if it had been chewed by a cat for years. The mini-bar was disappointingly empty, with just a single bottle of water provided. Sauna was off at 10:30am.
At €150 per night, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers— I’d recommend exploring other nearby alternatives for better value and comfort.

TTravelling explorerNice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, safe in room, fridge, T.V. Best selection of Breakfast buffet at this hotel compared to all previous German hotel breakfast buffets eaten so far. BUT I booked this hotel for the sauna which were not available due to construction work when I arrived, with no info about the closure of the Sauna online before booking which is unnaceptable for the top hotel listing in Berlin with Sauna when paying customers book specifically to enjoy the sauna. Lucky for me I visited the best Men only sauna in Berlin called Artemis that evening which had the most beautiful female staff who attend to your every need, which left me relieved, refreshed and happy enough to forget the disapointment of no working sauna at the hotel I booked. Many nice restaraunts, bars and tourists attractions in walking distance with near by train station to reach other parts of Berlin to far to walk. Overall good hotel.

Dibutuhkan 10 menit berjalan kaki ke Berlin Philharmonic Hall, di seberang German Resistance Memorial Museum dan di sebelah National Gallery, hotelnya terawat dengan baik dan lobinya sangat aura. Kawasan tersebut aman dan dianggap sebagai kawasan yang baik.

YYanisCPelayanan staf hotelnya bagus. Koridornya cukup terang, ruangannya cukup besar dan bersih. Kami memesan kamar untuk 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak-anak. Hotel telah menyiapkan tempat tidur sofa, itu bagus sekali. Bus No. 200 berhenti di depan hotel, yang sangat nyaman.

PPengguna AnonimPerfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

TTamuHotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat strategis, dengan jalur kereta bawah tanah di luarnya dan banyak pusat perbelanjaan di sekitarnya. Dari sini, Anda dapat berjalan kaki sebentar ke Katedral William. Tempat ini juga mudah untuk makan di sekitar, dan Anda pada dasarnya dapat menjangkaunya dengan berjalan kaki! Kamar itu dilengkapi dengan speaker Bose, yang membuat perjalanan ini menjadi kejutan yang menyenangkan. Saya bisa bersantai saat kembali ke hotel setiap hari! Sarapan di hotel ini juga yang paling lezat selama perjalanan kami ke Eropa! Kamar dan kamar mandinya juga sangat luas dan nyaman untuk ditinggali. Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah tempat tidur ganda di hotel-hotel Eropa hanya berukuran 0,8 meter, yang agak kecil!

TTamuDissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that ”renovation” meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Just two sorts of tea (if you can sustain that four kind of black tea means four sorts of tea...). Nobody controls the sauna temperature anymore, one day it was crispy hot, last time one could fall asleep inside...
The rooms cannot be heated, just cooled. If you try to turn air condition off, you can´t, and they need the approval of the building´s owner to change the set temperature for the entire hotel. Last time they offered us a heater, now we had to change room for extra charge.
All staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints, except for apologies there is nothing to get in exchange for the wasted time and money...
Room keys don´t always work in the elevator or on the floor. Extra coding for the sauna works every now and then.
Staff overwhelmed, room orders come very late or not at all. No coffee sets whatsoever.

DDavidMarquezIn Sachen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war das Hotel in meinem Falle auf jeden Fall unschlagbar. Das einzige, was genervt hat, war der neu eingerichtete Self Check in und die Unmöglichkeit vor 15:00 Uhr ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Außerdem war zwischendurch beim iPad auch der Akku alle deshalb konnten manche Gäste sich nicht einchecken oder mussten warten… aber da das noch in den Kinderschuhen war, habe ich das nicht in die Bewertung mit einfließen lassen. Daher eine sehr, sehr gute Bewertung
