Hotel Spa di Shaoxing

Top class resort that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Within walking distance to hiking trails, mountains and tea farms and village. Butler Gerry was attentive and always find a yes to our needs during stay. 5 star service. Hotel lift to hill could be better designed with a covered link way from hotel ground rather than having to cross road and walk up hundred steps to take lift. A link bridge from lobby level to the lift deck will make this hotel perfect. Hill lift should start operating earlier so guests can go to top and see sunrise and morning clouds. These are the omly thing worth noting for future improvement. All in all, 5 stars. We will be back.

The hotel is great, very nice and totally comfortable. I stayed 25 floors the club area designed with beautiful view, all food delicious. Evan is so nice with Professional service. 👍

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and nice, and did everything necessary to make our stay as fuss free and comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of variety. We loved the kids playground with the trampoline and slide and ball pool! Great place, and I’ll definitely come back here if in Shaoxing Keqiao. Thank you!

A wonderful hotel which has a traditional feel. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. All spoke English well which makes it easy to check in. Rooms are a good size and very clean. I love staying here, the feel of this hotel is lovely.

Jendela besar berdiri di tanah, pertemuan dua sungai, dan pemandangan yang tak terkalahkan. Ada banyak jenis sarapan, mie peras, kue India, kopi yang baru digiling, dan jus hitam,

The hotel is within walking distance of attractions such as Lu Xun's Former Residence. The rooms are spacious with large and comfortable beds, and the breakfast is plentiful and reasonably priced. The hotel also offers a free sauna for guests.
