Convenient location for those taking a cruise. Very good option for a 1-night stay. Amenity-wise, it is on the no-frills zone, though the hard product (room size, quality of the finishing etc) is solid. Good cleanliness level.

I booked here last minute (on the day) due to an unfortunate experience at a near by guest house and boy am I glad I switched! Welcome drink on arrival; friendly staff, tea and coffee in the room, great smelling toiletries and a comfy bed. Exactly what I needed. Full review on my insta @comeflywithlucy

An excellent stay ...very funky decor, and the free cocktail on arrival was a welcomed surprise. Would stay again....

A very basic hotel. The only advantage is its close proximity to the West quay and the cruise terminals.

Great hotel and perfect for taking a cruise. They have a welcome cocktail and coffee in the morning both at the bar. For free. The rooms are small but not uncomfortably so. They have a kettle in the room with coffee, tea and milk. There is a huge shopping mall with a theater within a 2 minute walk

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Southampton! The sleek design, comfy rooms, and attentive staff made it a fantastic experience. Plus, the great value I got for the price was truly impressive. Can't wait to visit again!

The check in was fast and flawless. The room wasn't ready so reception offered to keep our bags safely while we wondered around the hotel waiting till it was ready. The location was perfect next to a large mall. The room was made up again on the second day of our stay. A welcome cocktail was a nice touch. Excellent location if you just came off or starting a cruise from Southampton.

Hotel & room are clean and nice! Air conditioning is good for us. Next to Westquey is so convenient.

Went for cruise after business trip. Hotel is close to Westgate a big shopping mall. Lot of choices of food and shopping. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Will stay again next time in Southampton.
