Saya pergi ke resepsionis untuk membayar sarapan karena Tagihan Hotel telah diambil dari akun saya sebelumnya. Lady mengatakan itu belum dibayar dan mencoba untuk mengambilnya lagi jadi saya memberinya nomor konfirmasi saya untuk memilah.

My 10 year old son and I love this hotel, as it’s a fabulous location just off the M40 on the way back from days out in London when we can’t face the whole journey in one go! The staff are fabulous and went above and beyond at Christmas 2022, facilitating my son’s elf to appear at breakfast-priceless!☺️ The rooms are huge and immaculate, the breakfast is tasty and plentiful and the pool, sauna and steam room are perfect before starting back in the journey home. We’ve been twice and shall return.

Everything is good except the breakfast doesn’t provide enough varieties

酒店非常好，很舒適，沒有任何問題。但是酒店位置在牛津郊區，不適合沒有車的遊客，因為公共交通不便，衹適合自己遊的朋友。攜程介紹有機場班車是錯誤訊息。酒店打車到牛津機場大約80英鎊，到牛津城區40英鎊。

很愉快的一次入住體驗，附近環境很好，度假區。交通方便，想吃東西或者玩可以開車去附近的牛津。價格也不算貴

環境安靜，酒店餐館的餐非常美味可口。

This hotel room is dirty and dated, I had to request a tv remote that took nearly 1 hour to arrive. However the food was nice yet expensive

It was inconvenient that hotel check-in was at 4pm, and we were shocked that our hotel room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:30pm. I was asked to wait 5-10 minutes, but after waiting for over 20 minutes, I left my baggage behind as I had a busy meeting outside.I stayed at several hotels in various cities in Southeast Asia last month, but this was my first time experiencing such an extremely uncomfortable hotel. The employees weren't very sorry and were unfriendly. The hotel cost was not cheap at all. I also asked the reception to make the bed in our room, but I was really annoyed and angry when I saw that they didn't do it when we returned to the room. I was so tired that I just asked for a change of towels. Lastly, finding a hotel room is as inconvenient for travelers like us who came from the US with large and heavy luggage.

Nice location with easy parking, but arrived late and was told that only room available was accessible room. Wouldn't have been a problem but the room was icy cold and of course they didn't have anywhere else to put me. The floor in the bathroom was like ice! Otherwise very ordinary experience.

Great hotel lots of facilities, nice rooms, nice people, spoilt by a few incidentals. Enjoyed the stay but on the negative side the food was awful. We were served completely cold soup, completely cold "special poached eggs" at breakfast and food even the barman told us to avoid. The overall quality of the food that did come hot was very poor, which matched the variety of the menu itself. The room servicing, when they bothered to come, was ok but on 2 out of 4 days we stayed nobody turned up to service our room.
