You get what you pay for! Yes, the beds weren't the cleanest with a couple of hairs that we found in the sheets, but everything else was fine and clean. The manager was wonderful and so kind. The check in process was so easy. The heater worked well in heating our entire room too. Had a good experience!

The manager couldn’t find our reservations and then became very rude when I gave her the confirmation information. We rented two rooms and both were dirty, beds uncomfortable and in one room the TV didn’t even work. We ended up leaving and renting somewhere else.

It was a high-demand weekend, with high prices in general in South Lake, so we were looking for a good deal. Well, you get what you pay for. ;) We enjoyed it anyway

I booked a room hoping to get at least a mini fridge, and a microwave, and was informed that I actually got the only room that didn’t have that. There was no cable or TV services, even tho there was a TV in the room. The floors were painfully cold and I couldn’t walk on the floor without slipper or shoes on. It was overall an underwhelming and disappointing experience.

Total regret on staying here. Unit was dirty and unsafe. Floors were dirty. All counters and table was not wiped down and the dishwasher had dirty dishes and food. There were a couple large stains on bedspread. The kicker was mouse droppings on the kitchen. That and exposed electrical outlet and no smoke alarm for a unit that had a stove. A terrible combination of dirty and uninhabitable. Would not recommend.

Stayed a night for skiing. Large room with a separate small room for kitchenette, with coffee maker, fridge, microwave and sink.

This is a great place to stay druing the winter. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are available around the clock. Great price. Its a basic room, so if you are on a budget i recommend coming here. The down side is how bright the lights are outside. Other than that its a great place

Had a very lovely stay with my partner, very clean and cozy. Electric lock system does not seem the most secure for safety, could use a double lock.
