"We had just checked in to our room when, a knock at the door, someone was bringing us more towels and toiletries. A few minutes later, another knock, and he was back with coffee! A very welcoming experience. Clean. Well located. the bathroom was nice; although it could benefit from some counter space. The room, likewise, was clean and felt comfortable. We were in room 304 and the window shade wasn't quite long enough for the window so we were disturbed by the street light, but otherwise, a nice room. The breakfast was inferior to others we had in hotels in Türkiye, although it was adequate and oftentimes had a soup which was a nice change. The staff was attentive. "

"They charge per person, 2350 TL per night. I'll write about the positive and negative aspects together. The thermal pools are nice, ideally sized, and clean. However, the cold pool is too small for the hotel's capacity. It's cramped. It's only for women for 2 hours a day, the rest is mixed. There's no system for reservations. Even if you make a reservation in advance, you don't know which room to book. The first room had a leaking toilet and bathtub. They changed it, and the second room had a clean bathroom and bathtub. The rooms are small; they brought an extra bed to one room for three children. You could throw the bed in the trash, and the garbage collectors wouldn't take it. We complained, and they changed it, but the new one wasn't much different. The Wi-Fi doesn't work anywhere. Don't rely on it if you don't have internet. The food is average for the price. The appetizers are good, the main course is only one type, a bit of watery legumes. Breakfast is at the level of a teachers' guesthouse. There were extra french fries, but unfortunately, they were stale. The soup from the night before was reheated and served again in the morning. There's a tea and cake service for an hour in the late afternoon. That was nice. The cakes were fresh. There are billiards, foosball, and other games in the lobby, and the prices are cheap. Half an hour of billiards costs 50 TL. There was no parking problem. We liked the towel and bathrobe service in the morning. We were able to get clean and dry bathrobes during the day as well. The staff were friendly and tried to solve any problems within their means."
