Terletak sedikit di luar kota Hatyai tetapi karena saya sedang mengemudi, bukan masalah bagi saya. Kamarnya sangat besar dan luas, seluruh area juga. Sarapan memiliki berbagai macam. Pasti akan merekomendasikan teman saya untuk menginap.

Booked Breeze Deluxe King Bed but upon check-in was told by front desk King Bed is fully booked and ask me to accept the twin bed combined together. I am purposely booked king bed which more expensive than twin bed and what is the point if they arrange 2 twin combined to be king bed ? After I rejected their offered then upgrade me to another category of room with king bed. This really disappointed Bathroom drainage very smelly... Hotel is new but maintenance not so good

Came here for an anniversary trip. They even surprised us with an anniversary deco. It was so cute and pretty. I really love the rose petals on the bed. Staffs are all very polite and helpful. Thai people hospitality is great. To be honest, I would rate this hotel million stars because I love it that much. It is serene, secluded, beautiful, breathtaking and scenic. Every part of this hotel is beautiful. And I still remember the scent of the lobby. So memorable and calming. My families already wanted to come here after my review and I am definitely will come back here again and again. Love this place so much. Highly recommended especially for honeymoon or anniversary trip.

The toilet of room 512 very smelly from the minute we went in until we go off. We did not change the room as our children room was opposite us, room 503. FYI, my daughter failed down once getting out from the lift to level 5 to our room as water leaking , the floor is wet. ( I got a video but I do not know why I can’t upload for you. Maybe can email to you) u can give me your email. After 1 hour check in room 503, power electric suddenly off , but lucky the technician can settle within 20min . This is a 5 stars hotel but not really 5 star in all perspect. Please take note as it is danger falling down

Enjoyed our stay and the spa at Laguna Grand! Service was great and food at The Riva was excellent. Best to drive there so that it is easier to explore Ko Yo, Songkhla Lake and Old Town nearby.

Stay here without transportation is super not convenient, cannot stay high floor, water pressure is horrible, swimming pool location is weird have to pass by parking lot.

This hotel is nice and away from all the busy roads, but it's a bit far if you want to go to Hatyai city. On the first day, I was given a room with a pool view because the hotel was fully booked, even though I had actually booked a river view room. Luckily, I was able to change to a river view room for my second day. The hotel has many good facilities, and I will be back to try it again.

I would like to say about the cleanliness I am not satisfied. Because it can see the woman's hair on the bed, and the smell in the shower room is quite bad. The sewer is blocked and the water is not flowing smoothly. But all the facilities are new the environment vibe is good.

We like this hotel very much. Good for relax and family gathering.
