Ulasan Lavender Central Hotel & Spa Hanoi

location was amazing, once you exit youre right in the central of hanoi. we we able to walk around as it was very convenient and has great access to many food and sightseeing areas. overall, will book this hotel again if im coming back to hanoi !

Nothing wrong with the hotel. It is in the middle of old quarter, and this I was a problem for me. Hanoi is just not ready for tourism yet, poor infrastructure, horrible pollution, and worse of all, there is no place for pedestrians to walk. If you walk, you always have motorbikes speeding at you in all directions at all times. Walking through each intersection is a life and death challenge , no kidding here, old quarter is the worst. Maybe in 5-10 yr things will improve? Who knows.

Good service by the hotel staff. We enjoy our stay.

It is a good hotel, very well located, clean and the service is spectacular. The only thing to improve is the breakfast (no much variety)

酒店地理位置優越，前台服務小哥有禮貌，説話客氣， 服務周到。距離酒吧街非常近，晚上出來吃飯也很方便 ， 下次還住。

服務還可以，類似民宿酒店。 床是塌的 枕頭太厚 房間沒有窗户 不通氣 整個酒店小小的； 衞生一般 優點是交通方便 位於中心 早上早飯一般 品種少

위치는 바로 맥주거리 근처라 좋습니다. 저는 사파갈때 샤오비엣 이용해서 오피스가 근처라 굉장히 편했습니다. 시설은 창문이 없고 처음 들어갔을때 습하더군요. 에어컨은 잘나와서 에어컨 틀면 문제없어요. 서비스적인게 문제인데 직원들은 친절하나 체크인시간에 가도 방청소가 안끝나서 대기한점, 분실물 클렌징폼과 셔츠가 있었는데 나중에 찾으러가니깐 클렌징폼은 찾고 셔츠는 없더군요.. 셔츠는 청소부가 가져갔나봐요..

생각보다 호텔이오래된곳이엿어요. 친절한 호텔직원들 덕에 기분좋케 하노이1박이엿씀니다. 워치가 정말좋아서 다소 작아도 좋앗씀니다

Perfect location in old Quarter . Staffs are professional and friendly. Airport transfer taxi service is very helpful for the early airflight.
