"First of all, I would like to suggest that the hotel should indicate on its website that the hotel entrance is inside the Solna Centrum shopping mall, not on the street. I dragged my luggage up and down and searched for the entrance for a long time. Some residents asked me from the balcony of my house if I was looking for a hotel, saying that many tourists couldn't find it. Thank you to this kind resident who came down and walked me through the building and into the mall. My single room was very clean, but the bathroom was really small and the sink was too small. Moreover, the windows were broken and could not be opened, and the blinds were also broken, and they went up and fell down again. What makes me most dissatisfied is that the bottom of the door is tilted up for some reason and cannot fit tightly with the door frame, so I am often woken up by the sound of the door closing in the corridor early in the morning😤! Other than that, everything is very good. The location is very convenient next to the subway. The breakfast is rich, the bathroom is clean, the room is warmly decorated and has a view."

"The location is okay - near the Jarva Krog Flybussarna bus stop from Arlanda airport. We checked in late and the service was poor. We were put in an unsatisfactory room that looked very old decor-wise, had a blocked sink only had one working bedside light which wasn't working. The emergency exit was blocked with cleaning equipment and the carpet in the hallway was very old and dirty. For some reason the sofa bed had been made into a bed, when there were only 2 of us. We complained and asked if we could be moved to a better room. We were told we would have to wait until the next day. We asked if we could have some working bedside lights and were given a lightbulb that didn't work and a random light from the back of the reception area. We were eventually moved to a better room with more up to date facilities but noted that the fire exit on this floor was also blocked with children's beds. We pointed this out to the hotel staff who seemed totally disinterested about this major safety risk. Overall, the service and attention to detail throughout the hotel was very poor - staff were not helpful and spent more time talking to each other. The breakfast was good but tables were not cleared and the floor was dirty. The overall appearance of the hotel is run down - cups not cleared from tables in the hallways and carpets very old and dirty. An unpleasant experience. Not recommended. "

"The taxi driver spent 15mins trying to find the place, it is exactly where Google maps says it is but the sign is tiny. No reception area and I hadn't been sent the email to register, luckily there was a phone number and they gave me the door codes. It is a non descript building which looks more like an industrial unit although the rooms are spacious and well equipped"

"Hotel is not worth staying. It has very dull light in room... dated hotel and furniture which has chipped off wood which looks quire dull and depressing.. Rooms are very small.. Cleaning staff never showed up even once in 5 days of my stay in 2 rooms I had booked to replace even tea/coffee sachets.. Never cleaned up my both rooms even once even after many reminders which caused trash can in room to overflow and trash spill on floor in room... Their Wifi server went down for almost full day which must have caused lots of issues to everyone as most people there I am sure are outsiders who need net to plan their activities so need internet .. If possible, should avoid this hotel and pay little extra so can get better service. Hotel staff kept saying no to most basic requests by giving some or other excuse. Only thing ok was breakfast spread which seemed fine.."
