Pelayanan hotelnya bagus, lokasinya bagus, dan sangat hemat biaya untuk memilih menginap lagi. Kebersihan yang baik dan transportasi yang nyaman. Restoran ini memiliki pemandangan bagus dan lanskap yang unik. Desain kamarnya klasik dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Ketika saya check out pada tanggal 27, resepsionis wanita, Ms. Xiong Yinru, sangat perhatian dan cepat, ramah dan penuh kasih sayang. Dia terus membawakan barang bawaan untuk orang tua dan mengirimkannya ke mobil.

One of the best hotels I have stayed considering everything. I think best choice to stay in Jinan and to avoid generic brands. Good location, Spring square near, shoping center around, beatiful 49th rotating floor breakfast, excellent room, 7 bottles of water:), cheap minibar. Not 100% glamorous, 99%, but with much more heart. Thank you Mr. Harry, Mr. Steve and Mrs Amy for your help and information. Only one little advice: bar could be open until 23:00

Even faced some challenges from our stay, all Enlux’s team had been present, kindness and attentive. Special thanks for Alex that received our claim and immediately solve the problem. Enlux is a great hotel, with great members, you will enjoy your stay since you arrive there. There are great restaurants and breakfast. If you will stay there, enjoy the breakfast food and view. If you are foreign and would like some support in you stay, I believe that Enlux’s team can help you.

Hotel is strategically located not too far from Daming Lake scenic area. Lots of restaurants walking distance to hotel and Starbucks is just 5mins walk. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the room heating was too hot and the A/C set to cold did not help.

This is my second time booked this hotel, I love the cleanliness and the space and the friendly staff. Walking around in the central city is so convenient, few minutes to the new Han Meilin art gallery is amazing and the famous Bao Tuquan . I also like walking to the Quancheng Rd , many shopping stores restaurants and cafe at HengLong .

Great overall experience. Hotel is conveniently located, attached to a great mall and a stone throw away from others. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating.

Wonderful experience staying here. The staff's very friendly, especially Luna, Abby, Julie and all of them. Room is very clean. Facilities are great! Would recommend staying here if you are coming to Jinan.

Pretty good hotel. Temperature very comfy at everywhere. I didn’t check the breakfast. Meria gave me a Chinese new year gift for my door. Very nice people. Recommended.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms are very good and the view from the 49th floor revolving restaurant while having a tasty breakfast is a one more very good reason to stay there.

Very nice stay, the front desk staff was very helpful and assisted us with every need. Thanks to Marie and her colleagues. We got here after hiking to mount Tai'an and was the best choice to recover.

The hotel had no or faulty air-conditioning, making the stay uncomfortable. However, the Counter staff, including the Manager, were very friendly and had rendered helps to provide us with portable air-conditioner unit and fan.
