Everything about this place is top-notch and wonderful! The staff are very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The rooms are lovely, the pool area is spectacular and the whole place has a very peaceful and welcoming ambiance. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of delicious foods and we chose to have our evening meal here every night as well. The dinners were delicious and very reasonably priced! I have traveled quite a bit in my lifetime, and Metta Residence and Spa is at the very top of my list of favourite places to stay. I will be back for sure! Thank you so very much!

While staying at Metta residence my Husband enjoyed a nine night stay. The breakfast buffet was consistent each morning and lucky served us each day with a smile and fresh hot coffee. The rooms were clean daily and very spacious. The front desk was always hopeful. It was a bit moist at times. Tuk Tuk driver called Kimsun was extremely helpful and very generous, many evenings, he drove us around without asking for anything extra, which gave us a reason to provide him with a great tip. I do recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool is beautiful and is in the sun until about 4 PM daily.

The hotel is in a quiet location just outside of main town. This was good for us. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The service is excellent and all the staff were very pleased to help you and provide information. We also took a cookery class with the chef whose team provide great good. We would recommend this hotel for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything is great, located near downtown and easy to travel. The staff is really welcoming and helpful. 10 out of 10 for services. 3 stars for amenities because during my stay I experienced the unstable electricity. Breakfast is really great, buffet with many varieties to choose from. For Massage, I wish they can improve up to bodia standard.

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed in Siem Reap. It has the best service and its price is reasonable for all the things they offer.

It is the best place to relax, not too far from the central. Every neat and clear, staff helpful.

This is a lovely, relaxing hotel, a short tuk tuk ride from the centre of town. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful but Vandy and Lucky in particular made our stay so happy. Our daughter was treated fantastically well and any request we had was dealt with by the staff. A lovely pool and clean, large rooms make this a great hotel to rest in after visiting the many temples in the region.

We really enjoyed our stay at Metta Hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the grounds and pool are beautiful, and the rooms are big and very comfortable. The hotel is a little bit away from the Main Street, and the hotel helps overcome this with a free tuk tuk ride (one way) to pub street. We also appreciated the free airport transfer. The food at the restaurant was to a good standard. I also enjoyed the spa. I would highly recommend to stay here.

We stayed at Metta Residence & Spa for 7 nights and it was a great experience. All their staffs were welcoming, helpful and not to mention their service were superb from the moment you stepped foot on their premises. Staffs from Front desk, restaurant, housekeeping to tuk tuk drivers were extraordinary! Location was great and close to pub street! They even decorated the room on the day of my birthday and it was such a lovely surprise! I strongly recommend everyone to stay here if you’re in Siem Reap! Once again, thank you everyone from Metta Residence and Spa for this wonderful experience. I’ll definitely come back when I’m back.

Great resort hotel with very nice vibes and a tranquil environment. 2 Free drinks by the pool in the evening was great! The staff were always friendly and helpful. I think they don't know how to say no!

Great stay, the staff on the front desk were super friendly and helpful - especially with tours etc. complimentary airport pick ups, tuktuk into town and cocktails were great extras!! Will be back again.
