A good stay for three nights. Good and polite services and great happy hour at the pool bar. A bit far from city centre and the pub street. But can reach with a two dollars Tuh Tuh ride.

A beautiful hotel well deserving of its 5-star rating. Check in was quick and a cold towel and fruit tea were served. Beautiful pool (though it can get crowded), and extremely huge room with a great view of the property. The bathroom was gigantic - the tub could easily a few people in it. Note that in order to control the AC, you have to bring the remote close to the central control (near the door). Breakfast had a wide selection of food with an egg station and was extremely delicious. I had dinner twice at the restaurant, and each time the food did not disappointment. The pool bar has happy hour promotions from 6-7pm, although it closes by 8pm. The best asset about this place would be their guest-facing staff. Always smiling, greeting, and remembering every single guest by name. Everyone spoke very good English and always showed interest in guests, anticipating their needs. They also packed breakfast for guests going on the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. Special shoutout to Andy and Jenny for taking care of me so well. My only critique would be that housekeeping could have been a bit more meticulous.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The amenities were great too—everything I needed was there. My only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety to the breakfast options, but other than that, everything was spot on. Would definitely stay again!

We booked the villa and absolutely loved how spacious it was! You truly get the full on home experience while on vacation at this accommodation. The spa felt like a sanctuary and highly recommended after seeing the temples. The staff catered to everyone as if family just entered a home, I can’t wait to book again.

Great small resort style hotel. The room was very spacious and modern. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is a bit far from city center but can hire a tuk tuk for 2 dollars to most locations.

Good room interior. Good service and breakfast. The best massage in Siem Reap. We are glad to have mr Kim as our Angkor wat trip guide and mr kong as our tuk-tuk driver. Wonderful experience in cambodia.

Highly recommended. Excellent service. Away from the noise and pub area . Chill place. Easy access to the old market n pub area with usd2 tuk tuk 1way for 4pax 5-10min ride.

Service good and nice stay with best price

Everything about this place is top-notch and wonderful! The staff are very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The rooms are lovely, the pool area is spectacular and the whole place has a very peaceful and welcoming ambiance. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of delicious foods and we chose to have our evening meal here every night as well. The dinners were delicious and very reasonably priced! I have traveled quite a bit in my lifetime, and Metta Residence and Spa is at the very top of my list of favourite places to stay. I will be back for sure! Thank you so very much!

While staying at Metta residence my Husband enjoyed a nine night stay. The breakfast buffet was consistent each morning and lucky served us each day with a smile and fresh hot coffee. The rooms were clean daily and very spacious. The front desk was always hopeful. It was a bit moist at times. Tuk Tuk driver called Kimsun was extremely helpful and very generous, many evenings, he drove us around without asking for anything extra, which gave us a reason to provide him with a great tip. I do recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool is beautiful and is in the sun until about 4 PM daily.

The hotel is in a quiet location just outside of main town. This was good for us. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The service is excellent and all the staff were very pleased to help you and provide information. We also took a cookery class with the chef whose team provide great good. We would recommend this hotel for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
