Amazing staff, smell that invites you to stay, very clean facilities, Incredible kindness and patience to make you feel comfortable with any detail. I'm a neighbor who had planned to visit the hotel many times, I regret not having done it before Spectacular weekend🫶😍

You need to try it out for yourself to understand how great it is. We loved that the staff took good care and were nice to our child. The only thing we missed, is the possibility for our child to enter the Spa/Pool (which is now a days OK with alot of 5 star hotels). At least at specified times juring the day.

Stayed here for months this winter (work). Beautiful place. Love the view of the canal. Soothing atmosphere. Nice Room. The sauna is fantastic. Breakfast is great. And the best thing is the people working there. They are so helpful, friendly, attentative and easy-going.

Very pleasant stay and in particular very nice personnel. Some of them (like for example Sonya) with personal and good treatment to make you feel special and important. Furthermore the standard is high and the design of for example the entrance is impressive. Nice to see ships floating by on the riverside and still not so far from the city center.

We tried the Spa and Lunch deal at Ad Astra by Elite and it was amazing. The restaurant and spa staff were great, they were really nice and knew what they were doing. The food was delicious and the spa was fantastic, with lots of different pools and saunas to try. The hotel was well-kept and had a nice atmosphere too. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, we'd give it 5 stars!

Have to say very positive experience for staying here on work trip. Nice and clean personal looking rooms, over all perfect. I can say that this is the best hotel in town right now. Staff is smiling and helpful, you got this warm and caring feeling all the way on your stay. Of course there is always something to improve, on breakfast time specially on a rush hours the cleaning of tables where too slow. I understand it hard to keep up on some moments, but I got a feeling that there was a lacking of staff in breakfast hall. Anyway I definitely will come back, great place to stay.

Spa and room were awesome. Definately one of the best price to quality ratios you can get. Only the dinner restaurant was horrible in terms of service and experience but everything else was great! Brunch and breakfast were good and the extended spa was a great way to finish our stay.

We visited for a Sunday night getaway. I particularly enjoyed the decor and styling of the hotel. All the staff we met were very polite, helpful and welcoming. I was very impressed with the brunch - it was so luxurious, delicious and fresh. We then enjoyed the Spa in the afternoon - so relaxing. Breakfast the following morning was also very good. This Elite offers very good value for money.
