Rigas Hotel Skopelos

비행기 탑승 하루 전에 날씨때문에 걱정된다는 요청을 미리 보냈고, 비행기 탔던 당일 날씨때문에 스코펠로스로 가는 비행기가 착륙 못하고 회항해서 어쩔 수 없이 호텔에 갈 수조차 없었지만, 취소불가 예약이라며 한푼도 못 돌려받았어요. 공항에서 어쩔 줄 몰라하며 급하게 전화도 하고 이메일도 하고 상황 설명도 했는데 ‘호텔이 요청을 거절했습니다’ 딱 한 마디로 메일 답장 오네요. 뭐 애초에 취소 불가 표니 그럴 수 있는데 뇌우 재난상황 때문인데 이딴 식으로 대응하니 진짜 정떨어지네요. 최소한 투숙객의 상황에 대해 좀 매너있게 말할 수 있지 않나? 상황을 설명하는 가운데 호텔에 전화했더니 이메일로 얘기하라고 여기는 데스크 전화라며 소리지르고.. 뭔 서비스가 이따위인지? 이메일 하라고 해서 주소를 알려달라고 말했을 뿐인데 익스큐즈미! 익스큐즈미! 익스큐즈미!를 세 번이나 소리지를 이유가 있는지? 왜 투숙객에게 윽박 지르죠? 호텔의 서비스 정신머리를 보니 안 가길 잘했네요. 돈 많이 벌고 잘 사세요. 빠이.

It was the worse place I have ever stayed. The bedroom was ok but the shower was awful. The reception staff were not very polite. The pool needs a renovation. Only good thing was the location. Will never stay there again. Give it a wide berth .Didn’t change towels every 2 days as stated

I don't know where to begin with this hotel. JUST DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I travel a lot with my family and can honestly say in the last 20 years this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. Luckily we were only there a few nights as we were Island hopping. On arrival we were given a room at the back on the kitchens in the staff quarters, we booked this bucket list holiday 18 months before. The room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty and the shower head holder was broken, there was dead mosquitos all over the room and air conditioning unit. the room was very dark due to being completely covered my uncut trees and plants. Our only window was overlooking a flat roof. A Cleaners trolley was in the Garden if i can call it that the whole time we were in this hotel which was next to stairs to a basement for staff with all furniture and old food left out. We spoke to reception on arrival and asked to be moved to be told there is nothing available. I had to insist they went back in to clean the room and they did reluctantly. The next day I insisted we move as my children were bitten to death as the mosquitos were already in this dirty room when we arrived. We did get moved to another room the next day after being told to vacate the dirty one and wait until 3pm, from 10am to check-in AGAIN, when we eventually got in it was better for seeing daylight and bearable however both locks on patio doors did not work, other families in the hotel also had this. The bed sheets in our new apartment had blood Staines on them. The pool was filthy and this was after the black dirt from around the edge was asked to be cleaned. The pool was full of dead wasps and the life guard just gave us the net to remove ourselves as he was too busy talking to his colleagues. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, basic, but the worst of it was that the staff in the restaurant was wearing gloves, but I saw one staff member stroke a stray cat and carry on in the same gloves. The worst of all of the above was the reception staff. The manager could not speak English so the reception staff who were broken English were a main issue, as they had attitude and did not want to help. I was told ' you have been given a new apartment why have you got an issue now?' on the day were we leaving (thankfully) we asked to keep the room for an extra 2 hours late checkout as a goodwill gesture but NO again. When i did check out i gave them back their blood stained sheets after another argument with reception staff. I will never recommend or go back to this awful hotel. We paid a lot for this as part of a package holiday. PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF OR YOUR CHILDREN THROUGH THIS.
