"From the moment we arrived, the welcome at reception was warm and friendly. The staff were always smiling, approachable, and genuinely happy to help throughout our stay, which made a great first impression. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge. We did notice a slight drainage issue in the shower which occasionally caused an unpleasant smell. The housekeeping team did their best to resolve it, but unfortunately it persisted. It was only a minor inconvenience and certainly did not affect our overall enjoyment of the holiday. The pool area was lovely, and we never had any trouble finding sunbeds at any time of the day. The only small downside was that it could become quite lively with younger children, and there was not really a quieter adults only area to escape to. The beach was absolutely outstanding and, in our opinion, the best on the island. It is beautifully maintained, with crystal clear water and the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and a special mention has to go to the lovely lady who greeted guests at the entrance each morning. I believe her name was Katie. She was incredibly friendly and always took the time to chat with guests, ask about their plans for the day, and make everyone feel welcome. The only other minor criticism was that we found the hotel restaurants and drinks to be quite expensive for what was offered. We would definitely recommend exploring the island, where you will find some fantastic restaurants serving amazing local cuisine at great value. This was our second visit to Skiathos but our first stay at the Skiathos Princess Hotel, and without doubt we believe it is the best hotel on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location."

"The location is right next to the port, very convenient for restaurants at the port, and most importantly for the main bus station to the beaches. While it is central still quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was really good, warm bougatsa and spianch roll, and many more alternatives for desserts and hot meal. The view of the terrace is perfect. The rooms are with balconies, it is convenient to hang swimsuits and towels. The lady at the reception (could be the hotel manager) was very welcoming, all the staff has very positive attitude. The next time to Skiatos, I would prefer this hotel again."

"Positives Great location, central to everything 2 mins from the main street but quiet enough on a night. Apartment was cleaned daily with new towels left. Good selections of shampoo and shower gels. Aircon was good. Beds quite comfy. Good sized pool. Negatives Shower head it only 3 foot from the floor, Ahighter shower head holder definately needed. We had an apartnebt which had a twin bed maisonette, This is OK for smaller children but we had 2 x 17 year old girls and lacked privacy. Pool bar was not open once on our 11 day stay (mid august, peak times). More staff needed at the hotel the lovely lady who seems to do everything and needs help."

"Excellent family-run hotel in great location for walks into Skiathos town and beach. Our second visit and once again had a wonderful stay, with perfect hosts. As photos show, panoramic views across Skiathos bay from rooms and pool. The hotel has a very relaxing and peaceful ambience. Sea-view balcony rooms are spacious, well equipped with thoughtfully furnished. All staff, reception, breakfast room, cleaning are friendly, conscientious and proud of their hotel. The hotel would be difficult to match in Skiathos town."

Mystery Skiathos Luxury Residence

"We booked this hotel on a B&B basis as it's a very short walk into Skiathos Town, we wanted to enjoy the tavernas there in the evenings. The hotel was very clean, and the room was large and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Katerina, the manager, never stopped working, and Billy is an absolute credit to the place. We didn't stay around the hotel during the day, so people reserving beds very early didn't bother us, but it happened every day. Breakfast improved significantly when we asked for pots of hot water to make tea, there's only 1 machine for hot drinks, it's incredibly slow, and the queue made breakfast feel chaotic. We spoke to Katerina about it, and a hot water boiler has now been ordered, although it hadn't arrived before we left. Be aware that, when you arrive and depart, you are dropped off at the hotel Piscine at the end of the road, this is because the bus cannot get directly to the hotel due to its position on the road. For us, it was not an issue, but you'll need to pull your case up the incline, unless you take a taxi, we were not aware of this before we arrived. Having said this I'm absolutely sure that if you needed help the hotel staff wouldn't hesitate to assist. If you have any issues at all please speak to the staff they honestly can't do enough to help."

Anamar Skiathos Hotel

"The Anamar is in a great location, a 20 min walk into town (all downhill) past some amazing airport landings! There are plenty of taxis are available for a very reasonable price to get you home. Hotel staff are lovely, very polite and helpful! Typical Greek breakfast (ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries) was available, plenty to choose from. The hotel itself is a little dated but very clean and everything in our room/at the pool worked well. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely be back😁"
