Ulasan Sea Side Hotel

It was overall a very good experience but the pictures shown online aren’t same as we got a very small room compared online. Felt a bit disappointed after seeing the room size. Rest everything was fine.

Stayed here for 4 days, I’m currently walking the coast line. Cheap and cheerful, nothing too exciting but good if you just want to relax close to the sea! :) I actually enjoyed it here, nice place, but I’m a simple guy! :)

Dirty hotel beds were old looked like dogs ad chewed them. Curtains were full of paint and dirty, no one at reception the hotel was like a hostel, carpets were filthy, full of illegal immigrants never felt so scared and uncomfortable, no window to open in bedroom and had others looking into bedroom Me and my elderly mom didn't sleep left at 6 in morning, only stayed because everywhere was full, would not recommend at all will be requesting my refund at £74 for the one night, also nothing like photos of front hotel and interior part on your photos, false advertising 🙃

Dirty, noisy residential guests, smells of ********, noisy from 1am till 7am onwards no sleep in this hotel

Don't go if u have no ID as their turn u away and u don't get ya money bk 4 upto 7 days

Great room, will definitely stay again

We stayed in may, staff lovely and friendly. Can't fault them, on the outside it's neglected, it needs a good paint job. The room itself was lovely a few issues such as broken bath and the doors don't lock on the balcony. Also no breakfast included. Big empty rooms downstairs that could be used, noone using pool table and bar shut, so much potential and could get more money if did the place up. We did have a decent stay though.

It's a clean hotel with a need to up date the rooms ,beds that are not on the floor as I'm not as young as I use to be.and could do with down stairs seating area and windows need to be fixed the lift didn't work looks like it's not worked for ages could do with some we're to get a drink they have a bar I would get that opened up

Beautiful stay the staff was amazing and such clean rooms. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I can't wait to go back to this hotel. Beautiful views out of the window and the water was steaming hot in the shower. There was no mould or dirt anywhere

We are currently staying at this hotel for a few days, and we’ve been extremely unimpressed since the moment we checked in. The room is very small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to stay in for any length of time. The TV is far too small to enjoy, and the noise from the corridors is constant, which makes it nearly impossible to relax. While we appreciate the effort that goes into running a hotel, this stay has so far failed to meet our expectations and has left us feeling disappointed. To make matters worse, the atmosphere in the hotel is unsettling. There are people loitering in the corridors, doors slamming repeatedly, and some very strange and questionable characters hanging around in the reception area. As someone with autism, this environment has been overwhelmingly uncomfortable, and my partner feels the same way. It’s difficult to feel safe or at ease here, and there is little consideration for guests who may have additional needs. Unfortunately, this hotel has proven to be neither safe nor welcoming for us during our stay. Very noisy hotel

Great location on the sea front. I booked a triple room, it was huge, comfortable & clean. Nice white, large soft towels. No toiletries but wasn't expecting any. The toilet seat was broken. More tiles are needed around the shower as the wall got soaked. Would however definitely return.

Absolutely disgusting, very very dirty but I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Paint splatters everywhere, felt tip pen writing on items. Alarm bells started to ring as we started up the stairs to the second floor, we noticed the filthy hand rails up the stairs. When we complained to the manager, he sent two lads to look and clean but they said it was clean. The manager looked and said he can give us a refund and we can find something else, on a bank holiday weekend that was impossible so had no choice other than to stay. He then said he’d call the main office after I asked about a partial refund, we never saw him again. Do not take any notice of the so called Exceptional reviews. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Basic rooms with shower,toilet en-suite.also had fan,tea/coffe making facilities,tv.our rooms were clean and comfy.there was a lot of door slamming through the night but apart from that good cheap accommodation which is what we wanted.would use again.

The whole place arlea side hotel was filthy, they where chips in the corridor, dirty carpets, mattress and bedding filthy, shower filthy.. we wouldn't of stayed but no else left in skegness. The place need cliding down as its a health hazard.
