Centrally located apartment with key entry only to main entrance. No staff at reception and our only interaction was on arrival and collection of keys. Apartments are spacious with separate kitchen, lounge area, toilet and bathroom. Our top floor unit had a large balcony which offered great views. Wi Fi was very intermittent and whilst the layout was functional cleanliness was lacking and floors dirty.

We were lucky enough to get the penthouse with a roof terrace and panoramic windows with a view of the sea and most of Syracuse, although you have to walk up one flight of stairs as the lift stops one floor below it. The location is excellent for exploring Ortigia and about 2 miles to the archaeological park (which we walked). Francesco was very helpful on arrival and available via WhatsApp during our stay. The room had a well equipped kitchen, and bathroom, and was clean and tidy. There's a very nearby inCoop supermarket for any supplies you need, and we found the Zefiro Solarium on the seafront a lovely place for an evening cocktail while watching the sunset.

At the entrance in Ortigia, next of main street, behind Cannella shop, but very quiet location! Very large room with comfy bed, sofa & working table, basic equipped kitchen, well cleaned. Francesco waited for us and give us a warm wellcome. La Pigna restaurant was very tasty & fresh, as well! Don't touch mirror right side button: we stopped the water heater :) it should be blocked ;)

We spent two nights here in May and enjoyed our stay. The location is, effectively, the demarcation between old (Ortigia) Siracusa, and the more modern part just across to the mainland. The room was fine and it was quiet.

Foi maravilhosa nossa estadia nesse apartamentinho. O lugar é simples, mas equipado com todo o necessário. Tudo muito limpo e organizado e o proprietário Francesco, que é também dono de um agradável restaurante, nos deu um atendimento impecável durante todo o tempo, havendo inclusive nos ajudado com a compra de passagens pela internet. A localização é perfeita na ilha de Ortigia, possibilitando fazer todos os passeios interessantes a pé e a relação preço x qualidade, ótima. Com certeza recomendamos.

Abbiamo soggiornato a luglio, condominio fornito di ascensore e aria condizionata .Appartamento spazioso, pulito e in posizione centralissima…plus le pulizie comprese nel prezzo.Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato assolutamente!

Lits vieux, sales, déformés, et petits (1,95m) de longueur. Horrible, d'ailleurs j'ai quitté l'hôtel avant la date de départ avec un mal de dos. Ustensiles de cuisine sales. Connexion Wi-Fi dans les chambres très faible. Aucune chaine tv, il faut installer obligatoirement un compte Google, YouTube ou netflix ou autre pour voir la tv Emplacement parfait.

La posizione è ideale,nel centro della splendida Ortigia e vicinissimo a tutti i luoghi di interesse La stanza comoda e spaziosa. Relativamente lontano rimane solo il teatro greco, raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa m 20/25 minuti o con u taxi.
