Beautiful property located 10 minutes from Ortigia and the city of Syracuse, best to have a car.
Grounds are impeccable and you can easily spend your days by the enormous pool.
Breakfast is great and staff is pleasant.
Rooms are super clean we smelled the cleaning products as we walked in.
Air condition unit seems to need some maintenance, but still worked.
If you are looking for great beaches and have a car, this is the place, within an hour or less you are at the isola delle correnti (southern most point of Italy) or San Lorenzo beach and Fontane Bianche all beautiful beaches.
Recommend to anyone looking for places to explore or to simple soak up the beautiful weather on this pristine property.

We chose to stay at this hotel because it was just outside of town and had a pool. The ground of the hotel are beautiful, and the pool was perfect in the extreme heat. My only issue was the location. It is a 15 minute drive to the center of Siracusa, and if you don't have a car, you are forced to pay 30 euros each way. There is no public transportation, and it is very difficult to get to any of the nearby beaches on foot.

Having booked late, the only room available was not in the main hotel. It was clean, tidy and spacious but, we think, little used. The smell in the bathroom from the drains was awful until we ran some water in the shower room to fill the u-bends in the pipework. Because we were not in the main building we had no Wi-Fi in the room. The staff were attentive and helpful, the pool area was busy at the weekend with locals but otherwise very quiet and peaceful.

Imbarazzante. Siamo stati ospiti la notte del capodanno. In due ci hanno dato una quadrupla in un sottotetto maleodorante. Ma il top è stato il bagno. Il water imbrattato , non continuo, e il lavandino con peli e altre sostanze organiche che ometto di indicare. La receptionist, deliziosa, Sara, umiliata di è profusa in scuse. Non c’erano altre camere libere e, dunque, siamo dovuti rimanere in quella. Dopo il cenone il bagno era pulito, i mobili avevano ancora un dito di polvere. I proprietari, noblesse obblige, che abbiamo ripetutamente incontrato durante il cenone non hanno neanche accennato ad un confronto. Io mi sarei vergognata a vita. Ci mandano, però, a dire che è la vendetta del direttore che nel pomeriggio o il giorno prima se ne era andato. Peccato che il direttore non pulisce personalmente le camere , e un albergo dovrebbe avere un consierge che dirige le operazioni. Sorvolo sul cenone. Ci hanno rovinato il capodanno.

Posto molto curato , vicino a molte cose da vedere , piscina bella poco affollata,da migliorare la tempistica .nel servizio .......però io vengo da bg abituato a ritmi diversi ......bisogna avere la macchina per spostarsi, anche se un pullman che passa spesso ....

La struttura si trova a Fanusa (20 minuti in macchina da Siracusa), immersa nella tranquillità del verde, curata nei minimi dettagli. C’è un ampio parcheggio, una piscina e un ristorante al suo interno. Le camere sono molto curate, pulite, con materassi comodi e dotate tutte di bagno privato (molto spaziosi). Staff cordiale e molto disponibile (sia dell’albergo, sia del ristorante). Giuseppe e Anita hanno esaudito tutte le nostre richieste (che non sono state poche considerato che eravamo un gruppo di 17 persone) dal momento della prenotazione e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Buon servizio di colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. È decisamente una validissima opzione per trascorrere dei giorni di vacanza in relax, per un viaggio di affari o per una trasferta sportiva. Senza dubbio ci ritorneremo!

Il gestore evidentemente è un fan di Mengoni: è convinto che nell'hotel non arrivi la musica! E invece la musica, sparata a palla fino alle due di notte nel vicino ristorante annesso alla struttura e distante dall'Hotel appena 50 metri in linea d'aria, nel corso di un ricevimento, arriva, eccome! Risultato: notte insonne per me e mia moglie che avevamo scelto questa struttura perché immersa nel verde e quindi prevedibilmente tranquilla. Risibile il risarcimento offerto dalla receptionist in segno di scusa (e che comunque non avrei comunque accettato perché il sonno perso è impagabile). Non so se, superando i limiti di normale tolleralibilitò, il gestore possa liberamente decidere di sacrificare il sonno degli ospiti dell'hotel rispetto al ben più lauto incasso del ricevimento. Un consiglio? Prima di prenotare accertatevi che il vostro soggiorno non coincida con un battesimo, cresima, laurea, matrimonio, ecc.. Altrimenti munitevi di adeguati tappi per le orecchie.

Struttura molto carina e pulitissima. Personale molto gentile e simpatico, colazione ottima. La piscina e'molto bella. Perfetta anche la posizione. Lo consiglio a tutti. Si trova a pochi minuti da Ortigia
