Ongeïnteresseerd obers bij het ontbijt . Blijkbaar ontbijt niet met eieren en bv cappuccino aangeboden aan iedereen. Moesten we doen wat met op het buffet stond. Verder prima hotel!

Hotel discreto per chi non pretende troppo, in posizione tranquilla vicino al Parco Neapolis, colazione ottima cornetti e dolci in quantità e fatti artigianalmente, c'erano perfino i cannoli di ricotta, Consigliato

酒店地理位置略遠 但是旁邊就是著名景點 去市中心和車站不步行不太方便 如果開車是很好選擇 服務友好 餐廳食品很一般 酒店略顯老舊 但收費合理 經濟實惠

It is ia rather outdated hotel that requires a lot of maintenance, especially the floors and the bathrooms. The breakfast is moderate, with good Coffee, missing the integral products, and good eatbable fruits. The elevator was behaving a bit strange, passed our floor a few times up and down before it stopped. The airco stops working between 12pm and 6 am so the nights can be warm. The airco is very noisy. We heard from other guests that the rooms at the front side of the hotel can be very noisy due to traffic, also at nights. Personel is very friendly

terrible hotel. Everything is run down and old. the worst part is the AC doesnt work. I can overlook everything else but I can't sleep in this heat without AC. Terrible experience here. I wish my tour group just drove straight to Catania/taormina and skipped this hotel

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel before in Italy as this hotel. The hotel is advertised as 4 stars, but in reality it is 4 crosses. Everything is bad, really everything. The worst part is the indifferent arrogance of the staff in the way they handle the problem. The furniture and the seating set are all ruined and dirty. The bathroom is broken, dirty and incomplete. No charging after breakfast after 8:50. If you talk about the problem, arrogant, condescending yelling staff is the discussion partner. There is no possibility of compensation, the hotel steals the good feeling of your days if you live here. The bathroom is so moldy that your lungs will get sick if you live here.

We stayed during a TUI tour of Sicily and this was evidently chosen because it was very cheap. There was another TUI tour group staying on the same night, so it was clearly catering for this market. The Hotel - it was dated and the rooms were in a terrible state, with furniture broken, an unpleasant smell and the bathroom flooded with water after using the shower. The Staff - rude and unhelpful, in particular on reception. I note that they say English is a language that they cater for, but they refused to make any effort to communicate in it at all. The Food - awful, unless you think that a spoon of risotto, a mackerel fillet, spoon of iceburg lettuce and slice of watermelon makes an acceptable meal. That's the problem with an inclusive package i guess. Dreadful hotel to steer well clear of. I am surprised that TUI are using it - they must have a lot of negative feedback.

Hotel nada recomendable, lejos del centro. El personal de recepción nefasto y no te ayuda al pedirle información. El personal del comedor en el desayuno, nefasto. El desayuno, bastante pobre. Ofertan aparcamiento y no había plazas, siendo difícil aparcar en los alrededores. La habitación diminuta: al ser pequeña, el armario está situado delante del baño y es difícil entrar, aparte de no haber luz. El plato de ducha, más pequeño todavía.

Hotel mediocre parcheggio piccolino ma gratuito, personale gentile, la stanza buona pulita si evince molto che è molto utilizzata. Durante la mia permanenza ho sentito i miei vicini di camera parlare. Ho cenato lì con la mezza pensione carne di buona qualità.

Mi hanno fatto penare con l'acqua della doccia che a quanto pare al terzo piano NON arriva se non troppo poca al punto da non potere fare in tre giorni una doccia decentemente calda. Non è da quattro stelle di sicuro. il parcheggio disponibile dell'hotel è limitato e fuori è impossibile trovare posto causa la location troppo impegnata da altro. La camera è pulita e il personale gentile e paziente. Il posto è strategico. La colazione accettabile.

hotel en banlieue de Syracuse pas pratique , pour trouver à se restaurer, un peu vetuste ( canpés tachés dans les halls, sols entièrement a refaire et isolation également.,par contre un petit parking gratuit était la bien venue, sinon l'établissement était propre

Estuvimos en este hotel desntro de un circuito alrededor de Sicilia. Y sin duda fue el peor hotel de la semana. Instalaciones mal conservadas, aire acondicionado ruidoso pero sin enfriar (en agosto) por lo que dormir era complicado. Un solo ascensor (4 pisos en 30 segundos), por lo que el checkin del grupo se demoró más de 30 minutos. No pidas whisky en el bar, salvo que te guste el bourbon. No tienen otro. Desayuno poco surtido y con problemas para reponer. Una mala experiencia.
