Clean, very large room and nice staff, staff are really helpful.

Chambre réservée pour 3 personnes (1 adulte et 2 ados) avec une surprise à l 'arrivee.... seulement 2 lits. On m'explique que la chambre ne peut accepter plus de 2 lits ! Dans ce cas, pourquoi accepter des réservations pour 3 personnes et plus s'il n'y a pas de couchages en fonction du nombre de personnes ??? Aucune solution de remplacement proposée par l'hôtel ou par Trip, aucun geste commercial non plus. Paiement de la taxe de séjour supérieur à ce qui était réellement dû. Serviettes et autres accessoires uniquement pour 2 personnes. Problème de ventilation.... Bref, je ne commanderai plus sur Trip.

It is a bit old but it keeps some points of distinction. The rooms are a good size, the beds are confortable. For me a rather negative point was the air con system that is very antiquated, noisy and impossible to govern. It was blowing cold air in a cold winter night and it was not possible to change temperature or switch it off. The hotel staff was equally unable to operate it and they told me that maintenace staff were not available in the night to deal with these problems. They were also not forthcoming in looking for a solution. Finally, they offered to move to another room, where the vent was blowing more weakly, warm air, and much less noisy. I will not return to this hotel.

Sehr ordentliches Hotel. Leider war der Lift außer Betrieb. Sonst in Ordnung.

En general el hotel esta bien, buena ubicación cerca de una parada de metro, pero a 20 minutos andando de la Grand Place. Estuvimos alojados para un fin de semana. El servicio del hotel bien, saben español y así es más fácil la comunicación. Por lo que hace a la habitación, encontramos que hacia mucho frío, se lo comunicamos a recepción pero aun y desenchufando el aire seguía entrando por la rejilla aire frío, la almohada era muy "blanda y pequeña".

房間還可以，衹是感覺有點小。乾淨衞生，房間比較緊湊，不全是向陽的房間。地理位置很好，對面就有肯德基，購物街，性價比高。前台工作人員都很友善

When I said my air conditioner was broken and wanted it fixed, the staff said the repair would come at 11pm. However, when the time came, the repair person did not come, and the air conditioner was unusable.

Nice location. Close to train and metro stations. Lot of hotels and snack bars nearby

È la seconda volta che veniamo in quest'hotel.. la prima volta la camera era più bella, questa volta meno ...non è male come hotel
