Had stayca with family over the deepavali long weekends. They had the halloween theme. However abit disappointed with the quality of the room, had some musky smell. Daily housekeeping was quite poor too

Stayed for 2 nights in a room overlooking Bugis/Haji Lane. Reception was very warm; room was spacious, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated. Only complaint was that it was impossible to cast from phone to the smart TV (it required the TV to be connected to wifi, and the option to do so was disabled). Room service food came in large portions and were delicious, though could have been warmer. Gym and pool were very clean and had beautiful views. Overall an excellent stay!

So convenient with alot of cafe and restaurant. Easily to move around. Smooth transaction thou it was a huge crowd due to Singapore long weekend. Well done to their staff for handling it well.

Booked this room for my son’s birthday. While the room is spacious and comfortable, the overall cleaning standard isn’t up to par for a 5 star hotel. The room smells musty. Good for short stay but do need to reconsider for long stay as it may affect other health issues.

Nice and spacious room with complete kitchen utensils , fridge and even washing machine. Celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday and they gave us a birthday cake as complimentary.

It's our repeat staycation here as we love the suite with the spacious living area, well equipped kitchen and the beautiful swimming pool. Arab Street and Haji Lane just right across the street. Walkable to Bugis Junction as well. Only issue is that front desk staff are not that welcoming.

Cosy room. Fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to MRT. Nice swimming pool. Everything was good except for the front desk staff, who lacked a smile and seem unapproachable. However, ignoring the staff, the hotel is all good.

Repeated stays with my love & family. Love the pool & room, worth the time spent in the room as a local.

Service was great. Room condition was fantastic. We loved the breakfast at Ginger on Sunday morning; great variety and tasty.

Fantastic value for money. I stayed in executive suite which was very spacious, came with seperated bedroom and fuku equipped kitchen, incl.washing mashine and nespresso machine. Pool and gym at top floor have fantastic view over Marina Bay bay and the wheel. Breakfast could be improved though, it's not at 5* level.

Everything is good ,room are clean.Room are big people working there are nice.

Well equipped kitchen and perfect for a staycation! Staff was friendly and offered to upgrade my room after I found the first room to be noisy

Spent songkran/birthday at the pool and was happy with the service as I received a small cake due to my wife's birthday. Although the check in was delayed till 430pm as the room was not ready. I was granted late check out at 1pm. Love the size of the 1br unit , there's full fledged kitchen with all utensils , washing machine, induction cooker, oven, Nespresso machine , 2 TVs, proper dining table like a 1br condo, but the only down side is there no screen mirroring function as both TVs are not smart TV, no Bluetooth, Can't watch netflix at all...another downside is no bathtub, can't play with bath bombs, sofa is abit sunken n cushion at the seating area slides off easily. also the bathroom doesn't have a bidet which should be provided given the price and branding. Just surprised there isn't any at this time of age.
