Ulasan Hotel Royal Singapore

Just an overnight stay, it’s an old hotel, I have stayed here on multiple occasions over the years, they have maintained it quite well imo.

Feeling ecstatic to stay in Hotel Royal that everything meets our satisfaction, except for the insufficient number of elevator. Will recommend friends and relatives to choose this hotel if they visit Singapore in the future.

Can see cockroach running.. security rude and no manners.. don't know how to respect on room guests and don't even know how to talk professional..

The building was extremely old, the room was smelly, the bath tub look like 30 years old, dirty and water tap has a loud water pressure sound.

The hotel is more than 60 years old but the hotel room is bigger than expected. Stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room and it is spacious and relatively clean. Complimentary parking ticket is available at the counter. Breakfast is not really something to shout about but it is relatively unique in its food offerings. First time I see a hotel buffet with steam egg and ham, tempura shrimps. Even the tarts are the old school type which brings back memories of me eating them when I was young. Overall a good stay. Will stay at the place again.

We came here november 12 with my husband and our first tike to travel in singapore and we choose this hotel because some of my friends told me to book this hotel because in front only the bus station and the mrt not too far .The price is not that expensive and it's ok ...A lot of filipino stayed here in hotel and i would like to thanks to staff jevania who assist on us in the hotel reception and the staff also who cleaned in our room number 828 .This hotel is kind of old but comfortable and the service is good.Thank you we definately be back💕🫶🙏🇸🇬

A good service and accessible to bus stations

Was grab the hotel during promotion period! Very convenient location,although not very new, but clean and has huge space.very old school feeling , but feels very special. Bath tub is a nice and comfortable.

i was a bit scared when i booked this hotel because some reviews were negative but it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be. the only negative thing i would comment about is the toilet , it had a very strong smell and it was a little dirty , other then that everything else was good.

Very nice stay at this hotel. Location very near to bus station. Staff Alice very friendly and nice and help me arranged all the room at time. She give me complimentary drink and snack at evening time. Room very big and clean.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is easy to access lots of places that would like to visit. All is good.

The hotel is well-located in a pleasant neighborhood. However, the Wi-Fi service needs significant improvement, as it frequently disconnects.

Sound proof is really horrible… can hear all conversations … Booked for two nights … second day night can’t acess door key when come back from outing… Staff didn’t say any apologies and never gave explanation why that’s happening. Expect for location… The rest are negative experience
