Horrible place and dishonest advertisements
placed by the property. Was promised cleaning daily and free carpark lot but ended up telling me that cleaning is only once a week and it’s $150 extra Shd I wan cleaning 3X a week , carpark lot too is chargeable. Was shocked to open the door when I got the keys, the place ilooks more like a motel or dormitory instead. . Never will I ever book tis over-priced and run-down place again, there are much better options out there and we could have got a proper hotel instead at this exhorbitant price!

We had a very pleasant stay at Far East Plaza Residences. Everyone was so nice and helpful that we truly felt right at home. The housekeeping team was especially efficient and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We will definitely return here the next time we visit Singapore. Thank you very much! A special thanks to Wangduan for being responsive and providing excellent service every time. I also want to express my gratitude to Xingge, Yudan, and Xiaoli from the housekeeping team—they are amazing and always so helpful.

We have been staying here for almost two years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the MRT station and bus stops, making daily life and travel effortless. The staff are warm and welcoming, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Wangduan, who cleans our room. She is diligent, responsible, and consistently maintains a high standard of service. We are also deeply grateful to the housekeeping team, including Xiaoli, Danny, Fuziah, and Xingge. Me and my friends stayed here for four months during our exchange. We are very satisfied with everything. - Bright, spacious apartment - Cleaning once a week and changing towels and bed sheets was great - Good facilities with pool (towels provided), small gym, tennis court etc. - Access to meeting rooms during working hours - Stunning location close to Orchard, close to MRT and bus station - Amazing staff always wanting to help. Special thanks to Elavarasi and Fuziah who have helped a lot with booking of meeting rooms, check-out etc. - Helpful security/ lobby We are happy with our stay, I definitely would stay here again next time I visit Singapore and would recommend it without a doubt.

A big thank you to Miss Wangduan and Rita for their excepition cleaning service! The apartment is always cleaned to a very high standard, with nothing missed floors, such as plates,dishes, bed etc and all perfectly cleaned. I would want to thanks Xiaoli too, she is very friendly and responsibility, she always quickly respond when we face any problem. We are really like here and made our stay even more enjoyable. We like a lot staying at the Far East Plaza Residences and we are very satisfied. The location is very convenient, the swimming pool is large and the gym has been renovated recently. In particular, we want to praise the work of one of the housekeeping employees, Mr. Xing Ge. He is always very polite, helpful and resourceful and solves many problems. We are very happy about his support. We will share our experience at the Far East with our relatives and friends.
