Excellent service from checking in to housekeeping to checking out. Ms Pearlyn was very pleasant, brought a cake for my mom's birthday along with a thoughtful card. Room is spacious and super clean. Received a box of chocolate on our last day! Will definitely book a stay over again!

We were blessed to be upgraded to the Finlayson Suite which is very spacious and has a great view. The living area is cosy for family watching TV together given its space and ample seating with curved sofa. Useful to have basic cutlery and plates for eating in. The service staff especially Dyan and Ramesh were helpful and friendly. Lots of eating places around including Lau Pa Sat which is less than 5mins walk away. Raffles MRT is literally one min from the entrance of the hotel. Only setback was there was no parking available if you need to drive.

This hotel deserve my 5 stars!! althought the check it was long, the service from the check in counter was good!! everything was explain well!! The room was so spacious, clean and with the price paid it was super worth!! thrs an induction cooker and they even did up a user step-by- step manual on how to use their appliance!! the hotel has so much to offer! it is the best staycation i ever had!!

Stayca with my partner on the 30 June. Hotel was very accessible through MRT. Room is more like a residential room instead of a hotel room. Spacious enough. Tv isn’t a smart tv but a normal digital tv, please bring your HDMI cable along. Bath tub is a little too small for anyone above 160cm. There is a induction cooker if you wish to cook. All and all, the stay was good. Would come back again.

What a lovely hotel and friendly staff. Upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite as It was our wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint, they also gave us early and late checkout.
Room had everything you could want.20 min walk to clarke quay and 40 min to Marina Bay hotel and gardens by the sea.

got a free upgrade to the collyer room and it was really spacious! had all the things that youll ever need - oven, plates, cutting board, dishwasher, filtered water, coffee machine etc. hotel also very kindly gifted us a small bottle of wine and a box of chocolates as we were celebrating a birthday! very thoughtful of them! overall an enjoyable stay!
