Hotel terbaik yang saya temukan sejauh ini. Tempatnya bersih, rapi dan nyaman. Saya dan mitra saya senang menjadikan ISA Amber sebagai perjalanan staycation kami setiap saat. Layanan profesional dan akan sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Kamarnya sangat luas dan sangat nyaman. Namun lokasinya mungkin agak jauh dan tidak nyaman.

Tidak ada lift, sehingga sangat merepotkan untuk membawa barang bawaan sampai ke lantai empat. Para pelayan sangat sopan dan mereka tidak membalas Anda dengan sangat sopan. Sangat buruk, saya tertipu. Sangat buruk tinggal di sini untuk lebih dari 700 orang. Luasnya 13-14 meter persegi, tidak ada jendela, tidak ada sandal, tempat tidur kecil, bau di kamar, insulasi suara buruk, tidak ada tempat untuk menjemur pakaian , tidak ada layanan kamar, orang Filipina di meja depan Sikap pelayanannya tidak terlalu baik. Quite small room despite having a kitchenette as layout is weird. toilet is slightly bigger than other value hotels. aircon wasnt cold for some reason and washing machine was down. Upper level rooms should be better staff were helpful as they provided towels even after 7pm

Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, just a few minutes walk away from MRT, bus stop right in front that goes to Orchard Road. Plenty of malls and eateries nearby.

Amazing experience and fully maintenance fully hygienic and the most beautiful thing is the staff is so nice and corporate

The hotel is walking distance to East Coast Park which is good for morning exercise, watching sunrise/sunset and doing some activities at the beach. Clean hotel and had a great and cofmfortable stay.

The staff is helpful, although the room is not the best.

Booked a family room for a night’s stay and the rooms comfortably fit 4 people. Each room had a toilet each. There is also a mini kitchen where we could prepare food. We brought our pet dog along for this staycation and we love that the premises and rooms are pet friendly. Service from check in to check out was seamless. Staff, Jhonna was really friendly and patiently answered all our queries.

I had a pleasant stay at ISA Apartment Hotel in Singapore. The staff were exceptional great, helpful, respectful, friendly, and welcoming. They promptly addressed any issues that arose; for instance, when the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly, it was swiftly fixed after I reported it. Jhonna, in particular, was very responsive and quickly provided an iron when I needed one. However, I did encounter a downside: there were ants present throughout the apartment. Despite this, the overall experience was positive due to the excellent service provided by the staff.

The rooms are very small and there is totally no service staff at all.. totally not worth the money
