Ulasan Harbour Ville Hotel

Good and clean hotel. Tiny room but felt comfortable. Just was disappointed but the complete lack of view, some of the photos suggest otherwise. Very close to a bus station (100m) with several lines and the next metro station is slightly over 1 km away. My recommendation for anyone that enjoys a great view and beautiful park: Mount Farber. You can walk there from the hotel. Would recommend for short stays close to Harborfront. Just missing a gym in my opinion.

I liked that the room was spacious and clean. Whatever we needed, they had everything so we weren't lacking anything during our stay there. It was comfortable and I myself slept really well at night. The only thing that my mum disliked was that the room makeup service was a little disturbing. If we needed a clean-up, we would have put up the mak-eup room sign outside our door. On some days, we needed some privacy. But anyway, the cleaners did a good and neat job. Overall, 'I would rate the hotel reception service 7.5 out of 10. 1. Received an email, asking for my booking confirmation no and details. That was on the 4th day of our stay. The staff apologised to me for the mistake when I enquired with her if anything was wrong. 2. Requested for a 1 day's extension and made the payment at the reception. The staff who attended to me did not send me a receipt copy immediately upon acknowledgement. I only managed to get it about an hour later when I sent a gentle email reminder on it. 3. I was not able to access my room when I tapped the key a few times on the door. I was already feeling tired and had to go down to the lobby again to seek for assistance.🙄

Has the bare minimum , the shower water gets cold after like 10 minutes . Good points are they provide two bottles of water and the hair dryer is strong.

The room is small and immaculate—functional room, with cold aircon. It's just nice for 1 person's short stay. There's not much amenities in walk distance, no coffeeshops, supermarkets etc. So bring everything/buy everything before you get back to the hotel.

Room was clean and suitable. Staff were a little busy on the phone most of the time but helpful when available.

Location near to Vivo Mall and bus stop. Clean room. Complimentary toiletries. Room is small but enough space. Check in and check out very easy. Will stay again here.

In overall it is a comfortable stay for 3 days and 2 nights. Suggest to check for the water heater adjustment whereby it turns extremely hot despite slight shifting the knob.

The hotel room is spacious & clean. There is smart tv whereby you can login into your netflix, prime and etc. Toilet is quite decent too but there is a musty smell at first, didn’t air it well after housekeeping.
