Loved that the pool was heated. Also had a great breakfast and water view.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast! The room was a little small. We had booked a room with a balcony and partial lake view. We got a small patio, and a view of the parking lot.

I had requested an ADA room with a King bed. It was confirmed. However, when we arrived to check in we were told that the room requested was not available, only one with 2 queen beds. We were not offered any upgrade or coupons for future use or even for use at dinner. When we did go to dinner, I could see that the exterior of the building, on the side facing the water is in dire need of new paint. Over the years this property has really gone down hill. As we were leaving, we decided that we will stay in another hotel in town on our next visit.

Our stay was good, there was a little mixup when we checked in. The nice lady behind the counter accidentally sent us to the wrong room which was occupied by another guest. Luckily the lady that opened the door when we were trying to get in was very nice and understanding so it wasn’t a big deal. The lady at the counter sincerely apologized and gave us a couple cold bottles of water and thanked us for being so understanding. We had a nice king room with a balcony and beautiful water view so the overall stay was nice. We’ll definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

There were loud guests and a swish sound followed by a knock in the bathroom plumbing ALL night! It sounded like a ball being hit against a wall. Room 112. Not the best sleep. All else was really nice.

It was a typical beat western but the carpets throughout the hotel need to be replaced because they are stained everywhere. Cleanliness was low in areas as well.

The cookies and breakfast were good. Front desk staff could use some hospitality training. Was quite rude to the guest next to me yelling loudly that their credit card was declined and she couldn’t accept the company card on file. Tended to us, but definitely not with a smile at any time during our stay. There was no shampoo in our room and I didn’t bring any because I knew there would be hotel shampoo. When I called for some a maintenance person brought some for the empty dispenser but didn’t install it correctly so no shampoo came out. Day two, no room servicing so I called again for shampoo to be fixed….just wanted clean hair, and was told that maintenance would come. No maintenance. Called again a few hours later and was told Maintenance would come. You guessed it, Nope! First morning we were woken up at 6:30am for a fire alarm. After it was determined that it was a false alarm 45 min later, we returned to our room and tried to do work only to be interrupted by fire alarms every 5-10 minutes for short periods of time. A call to rooms letting people know they needed to test the system would have been nice vs us questioning if it was real or not every time.

View was nice, check in staff aren’t friendly, fire alarm went off on the early morning and no one knew what to do.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel allowed dogs, had trails outside the door and was located near St. Michael's Hospital where my spouse was having surgery.

It was a staycation and Serena was at the desk during my late night check in. She was very helpful. Her demeanor was welcoming and pleasant. I will visit again!

Beautiful location right on the water. Room was spacious and comfortable. I will stay again

The breakfast was really good. Food was high quality and the service staff were quite friendly. 3 day wait for room service was awkward and the walk to the pool was slightly ridiculous.

The hotel didn't feel very clean, dirty carpets, and the pool area was dirty. I wish the pool area had towels available, it was a long trek down there and we didn't know we needed to bring our own so we had to go back to our room and get them. When we got in our room it was freezing cold. We discovered that the door for the patio was wide open, and it didn't seem to shut all the way. Breakfast was pretty good.

The building is old but is under renovation. The rooms were nice but dated. I’ve stayed there before and I’ll stay there again.
