Awesome Hospitality with great values . unbelievable breakfast menu. Best hotel so far in Siliguri compared to any 3 to 4 star Hotels . Wish to come once again with family & friends . Staffs behaviour is so good . Room decoration are just beautiful

First the lady at reception some how decided to give a room as per her wish and gave me a horrible room which was so noisy something banging on the door or something all.night because of which Icouldn'tsleep. .I was given a twin bed for single occupancy. The check out was smooth and the staff on duty helped so much with booking a cab for transport to NJP early morning

Property was so clean and nice, and food was so delicious, and Hotel Staff Alam was so polite and deserving, and overall It was nice stay, and i recommend 10/10 for this Hotel and Staff.... I would like to visit again..... Easy to Park vechile in the heart of Town....

Room was good but the room service and Food was below average .Hospitality wise could have done better. Rooftop bar had good ambience but again the food options was less and taste wise not that good . The desserts in the menu is fine but main course lacks options

Good room size with standard amenities and hygiene. Restroom are very clean and toiletries are sufficient. Staffs are well behaved and courteous. Kitchen they have variety in their menu and I have tested few of them, their Indian, Chinese Continental Food all are Awesome.

Hotel is good in all aspects . The best part of the hotel was sumitra tamang, who is the supervisor of resturant . She was so kind and attentive. I have never seen this type of attention even in 5/7 star hotels . If every hotel starts hiring staff like her then the hotel industry will move to next level . I would give 4 stars to hotel And 100 stars to sumitra , the resturant supervisor .

Excellent hotel and wonderful service. Look for chandra rai. Humble, nice and a person with good energy and good communication. An asset for the hotel. Workers like this makes the hotel shine. Very good hotel, food. Wish them the best .

Everything was nice. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We had beers and drinks at the rooftop bar and we enjoyed it. They have buy two get one free offer and live music. We really enjoy our stay in siliguri as a stopover.

Sunhill Portico was a pleasant surprise. It was our anniversary week and we were just done with our trip destinations of Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling. Just to spend one more day before going back to home, we decided to stay at Siliguri to do some quick shopping. While checking in, they upgraded our room to suite room, which was cherry on the cake for us. Room was just excellent and complete value for money. Campus was clean and tidy and we did not have to call reception for a single thing. Main highlight of our stay was restaurants they have. We experienced live music(with some sweet Bengali songs) and also we visited their 24X7 cafe. It was amazing. Overall stay was good. Their hospitality is at next level. It made us feel to extend one more day, but our flights were booked. I would definitely recommend hotel to all, since it’s a hidden gem in crowded town. Hong Kong market is around 8 to 10 minutes walk. It feels lively even after sunset. Really liked this hotel and that made our anniversary week very special :)
