The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, always ready to help with anything. You choose your breakfast on the day of arrival, and you can make changes to the menu throughout your stay. The food is delicious. The hotel has beautiful, spacious rooms and a cozy pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is no iron in the room."

When going to the ancient city of Siena, you can search for public parking lots in different directions on the map. Not far from the parking lot closest to the Duomo, there is a comfortable escalator all the way to the ancient city. If you take a taxi, it will only cost about 10 euros to get to the hotel."

"Another hotel in an old building. My research wasn't perfect beforehand. I didn't realize this hotel was located in the old town; cars can't drive in, but you can park elsewhere. The hotel provides a map. Pushing my luggage up from outside the city was really tiring, as it was all uphill, taking about ten minutes. The location is indeed excellent; Siena Cathedral is right next door. This is the second hotel in Italy where I got three keys! Haha, Italian hotels have so many keys! The mini elevator is only for luggage; you have to climb stairs, thankfully only two floors. It's a winding path through four or five doors—very medieval, isn't it? I booked a two-bedroom room. The room and bathroom were large, and the bedding was the most comfortable I've ever had. My mother's room had a problem with the air conditioning; it was cold. I had my own room, which was very warm. The shower water pressure was great, very good. The street is right outside the window. It's quiet at night with few people. In the morning, I opened the window and saw parents taking their children to school; the old town felt real at that moment. I stayed one night; Siena is perfect for a cirywalk. It was wonderful."

The hotel's external environment is good, with a garden, but the room facilities are really speechless. It's labeled a three-star hotel, and the wifi is unstable and intermittent. What's worse is that the quilt has a smell. I just threw it away and slept wrapped in a blanket. Only the service is good and can be praised."

"I stayed in this apartment with a friend for one night. The photos don't reflect reality, as there are both rooms and apartments. (We weren't even clearly told where the entrance door was; the owners didn't answer.) We did have a private bathroom, but it was windowless and had a shower in the middle of the room. If you're taller than 175 cm, it's difficult to wash. Furthermore, the shower curtain was filthy. The second bed in the apartment was too thin to be considered a mattress. The entrance door had a sign that breakfast was included, with the generic name "caffè bistrot." The biggest problem was communication. The B&B is run by a young man (whose father only appears at checkout). He was deliberately unclear about what we could do, and not about entering the city center by car (we only used it to load our bags). THE RESULT? Two hefty fines, and they ignored it. All this despite the fact that in the messages we provided, we had confirmed that we had entered and exited the city center with our license plate, as requested."

It's a two-story building, with a small lobby, common areas, and rooms on the second floor. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. By 11 p.m., the square had quieted down completely, so we slept well. In the morning, breakfast was delivered right to our room. It was basic but filling (we ordered it the night before). We were happy with everything, and we recommend it."
