Enormous suite of rooms decorated in Khmer Colonial style. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and there was a quiet garden with a big swimming pool behind the building. Very relaxing place to stay at a reasonable price. Only problem was the noisy karaoke bar across the road - the horrendous singing booms throughout the building until well after midnight, and the hotel management really needs to ask them to turn the volume down for guests who want to relax in their rooms in the evening.

Hotel location is pretty good. Within 10mins of walk from pub street. We took the suite with two bedrooms, so it's very big. The suite comes with a kitchen, dining room, living room, washing machine. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool. Staff were very polite and the breakfast spread is really good. We just had to order the breakfast one day before and it will be sent to our room the next day. The rooms are a little dusty though, furniture are a bit aged, and the lighting in the rooms are quite dim. There are no elevators in the hotel, but the porter will gladly assist you with your luggages.

Best Hotel In Siem Reap

酒店雖然有點老，但是服務態度挺好。酒店地理位置很好，附近吃飯做spa喝咖啡都很方便。

超級大的兩室一廳，適合家庭出遊，酒店服務也很好，打印竟然不收費。位置也很好，離吳哥博物館，幾步路就到the heritage walk商場，但是這商場現在衹有幾家餐飲和超市營業，樓上幾乎都是空的了。餐廳食物也挺好吃的，吃了幾頓都覺得不錯。

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. Very attractive property, good staff, extremely good food nice and clean. Very central and handy location. We were there to see the temples which was organised by the hotel and our guide Mr Kim was outstanding. Good English and extremely knowledgeable and absolutely made the trip, so thank you everyone, we will be back!

I booked the 1-bedroom suite and was informed upon check-in that we were upgraded to the 2-bedroom 2-bath suite at no extra cost. It was huge and great! AND it had a washing machine with washing powder provided. AC and beds were comfortable, and suite was quiet. Breakfast was very good, and the pool, and the service were exceptional. I was worried that the location might be away from the action of the river and Pub St, but it's an easy 15-minute walk and just a block from a very good grocery store. While waiting for our guide in the lobby, icy glasses of water magically appeared. Wonderful value and a wonderful choice!

We had the most wonderful day with our tour guide Thiem to Angkor Wat. We organised him as our tour guide and two tuk tuks for the 4 of us through the Chateau d’Angkor La Residence and the hotel organised a breakfast box for us to take with us to watch the sunrise. Thiem was entertaining and so informative! It was great to get there before sunrise and he showed us a good spot to watch and enjoy it. The day was at a good pace and Thiem kept checking in and asking if we’d like less or more and making sure we weren’t getting too hot with ice cold water and cold towels. We watched the sunrise at Angkor Wat, explored Angkor Wat, South gate of Angkor Thom and visited Bayon and Ta Prohm. The booking process was easy with the hotel, we emailed them before arrival and paid after on a credit card. Their online team was very responsive to emails and answered all our questions before arrival. Highly recommend. We pre booked our Angkor Wat tickets one month before we left home on the online website and printed them out, this was easier than buying tickets on the day. Thanks for a wonderful day!

We really enjoyed our time here. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, the staff was helpful. They arranged a tour for us with a great guid that we loved, Chhong. Was very insightful and a great tour guid for all the temples. Our driver was also great, Soui, he made sure we had refreshments all day

We booked our guidede tour to angkor wat through our hotel. Our guide Kim and tuk tuk driver Bun met us at the hotel early morning. Kim was aware of us and our children right from the start and we quickly agreed on what we wanted to see on the trip. Kim knows an incredible amount about the history of the temples and can tell and show many interesting and funny details about the temples. Kim and Bun always made sure that we didn't lack anything and they always secured that we didn’t need to wait. We had a great tour at the temples and didn’t miss anything. We can highly recommend booking Kim and Bun through the hotel.
