We stayed at the Anantara for four nights and really felt the warmth and sincerity of every staff member. My partner got a fever the day after we arrived in Siem Reap, and the hotel staff helped by buying medicine and even made him a pot of warm ginger tea and porridge . He felt much better the next day. Overall, we were really well taken care of during our four days here. ：

Our roos was nice and clean. But pool was under construction. It’s difficult to say it’s a nice hotel.Honestly I didn’t feet worth it.

Awesome hotel near the airport and not too far away from Ankor Wat and other temples. Top notch 5 star hotel. My only comment is that there is a towering Ferris wheel beside the hotel that peeps in but is not too much of a bother. Awesome service at the restaurant.

我衹能説這是我住過最棒的酒店之一。房間非常大，睡感很好，我是對聲音特別敏感的人，但是空調一點也不吵。而且還給我們升級了房型，並且享受到了happyhour（雖然要在餐廳才能買一送一，但是在泳池邊上居然也給我們用了買一送一）。每一個服務員特別熱情，能記住我們家每一個人，還有桌球可以打，游泳池也特別乾淨。驅蚊做的很好，回到房間一點蚊子都沒有，還有小零食和開夜床（冰桶也準備好了），牛奶也可以免費喝。早餐特別豐盛，粥和米粉我強烈推薦很不錯。安納塔拉的passionfruit Mojito和他們家的signature有一杯酸甜的（裏面有百香果的）真的很好喝，調酒很在線。最後還有小蜂蜜可以帶走。

酒店離市中心較遠，住過最小的安納塔拉外環境在線，連住三晚，二晚住的沒有浴缸的房間，洗漱台只有一個不習慣，第三晚要求換有浴缸🛁的房間同意了，服務員打掃換床單看到👀嚇一跳，有好幾塊黃色污漬，開業之今沒有換過吧，前台有個會説簡單中文小姐姐很友善…

預訂時候，顯示可以第二天下午4點退房，但實際入住告知12點需退房，經攜程再三溝通延遲到1點退房。我們提早到酒店，但酒店也安排了提前入住。 小插曲，廁所燈罩突然掉落，還好當時沒人在廁所躲過一劫。和前台反饋時，前台很平靜…… 酒店環境氛圍很好，舒適安逸且安靜。 酒店服務也不錯，打掃勤快乾凈。有一個女生會簡單中文。 早餐，也很豐富美味。

房間比較小，整個度假村佔地也很小。早餐非常一言難盡。住過這麼多anatara還是覺得這個有點失望。隔壁太多性價比更高的選擇了

Como siempre la cadena Anantara nunca falla. Escogerlos es todo un acierto. Nos recibieron con una limonada y una limpieza/masaje de pies. Cada día por la tarde nos traían un dulce para picar y reponían agua y hielo. Cada dos días nos cambiaban las toallas y añadían todo lo que nos faltara. En caso de que quieras que te cambien las toallas cada día también es posible, tan solo lo dices y ya. El desayuno, comida y cena están riquísimos. El personal es muy atento y amable. Además está cerca de Angkor Wat. Lo recomiendo 100%.

服務非常好，位置方便，酒店環境也不錯，早起看日出也有準備早餐籃，很貼心。吳哥窟也非常美，非常值得來。唯一一個建議，晚上開夜床的時候能否關上房間門，我理解打掃房間時開着門是正常流程，但是暹粒氣温高植物多，所以蚊蟲特別多，我們第一天晚上被咬的睡不了覺，打死了十來衹蚊子，希望可以靈活掌握一下，服務員能夠關門打掃最好
