Overall amazing experience. Staff are super friendly and always up for a chat. Will go out their way to serve you. Front desk gave us a free room upgrade on check in which was appreciated! The food and drinks from the restaurant tasted great. Buy 1 get 1 free cocktails 4-6pm. The room was clean, heaps of little touches that were a surprise like fresh fruit on arrival, premium toiletries, water, tea and coffee etc. Bed is super comfy with fresh, soft, clean sheets. Wifi is fast and never dropped out. The hotels gym and pool were really good, clean. Photo: Angkor National Museum located across the road, worth a visit.

Perfect, how a hotel should be run. Excellent location for the temples and the centre. Spotlessly clean, reasonably priced bar and restaurant (great food). Amazing staff. definitely the most enjoyable hotel stay I have ever had (and I am 67, so I have stayed in a lot of hotels)

Amazing Hotel, wonderful people, who are always ready to help you, to solve your problems or just to chit-chat with you if you would like to. Great tour deals and answers on your questions. Delicious food from morning until late night. Highly recommend to anyone!

Located opposite Angkor Museum and not so far from tourist attraction. Good Hotel and facility with a good price. Staff is extremely helpful and try their best to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Sala Siem Reap Hotel Location: The hotel is situated in a great location, on the road leading to Angkor Wat (65 minutes walk, 12 minutes Tuk Tuk) in one direction, and the city centre in the opposite direction around 20 minutes walk. On the opposite side of the road is the Angkor National Museum. There are Tuk Tuks parked outside if a walk in the heat isn't desired! You are however within walking distance of many other popular attractions, restaurants, and shop. Remarkably, despite being on the main road out to the temples, it was very quiet. The swimming pool was a welcome sight whenever we returned from the daily explorations! Staff: The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a great stay. I was particularly impressed to be greeted by name by almost all of them across my entire stay, a very nice touch. Overall Experience: I had a wonderful stay at the Sala Siem Reap Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Well placed, very reasonably priced, great staff that always made you feel welcome.

Same as previous review. I'd had to book two separate nights as I made a mistake when booking and they were very helpful and accommodating - allowed me to keep the same (better) room both nights.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. During the free extensive breakfast, they were quick to serve you and everyone had the warmest smile. The swimming pool was a nice touch and was great to relax in after a day exploring. They also arranged a variety of trips, which were fairly priced. Our tuktuk driver Votay was really cool and took us wherever we wanted, always with a smile! The hotel room was good, although the bathroom could do with a touch up. Perhaps should redo the caulking and sealant. Other than that, wonderful stay and would recommend.

Good location and perfect breakfast, staff very friendly. However two things that hotel should improve, the room not so clean, some room get bad smell from restroom, and gym very old and mostly broken, pool also not so clean. But in overall, it’s great!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Really well located for a couple of nights, if you are doing Angkor Wat. The staff are lovely and it’s an easy ride into town. Would stay again.

位置很好，連續住了四晚，最後兩晚換了家庭房，酒店不大，但很齊全，泳池很乾凈，酒店餐廳不錯，連續兩晚都在酒店用餐，而且有八五折。距離吳哥窟很近，早晨可以跑步，很快就進入原始森林。每天回來酒店服務人員都給冰毛巾個一杯冰的檸檬飲料，很好喝。

Очень гостеприимный персонал. На этом плюсы отеля заканчиваются. Самый большой минус что рядом в 2 метрах от отеля идёт стройка от которой шум с утра до вечера. Маленький бассейн. В номере нет фена для волос. Бесплатная вода в номере по 330мл, остальное платно в холодильнике. Я думаю если бы они нашли бутылки с водой по 100мл то они бы их поставили. Завтраки с 6 до 10 утра. И если вы пришли на завтрак к 9 часам, то будете доедать что осталось. Еду которая закончилась не пополняют. Закончились соки и их никто конечно не долил. Гостям отеля пришлось пить воду из графина. Если вам нравится шум и вы любите питаться остатками еды на завтрак, то этот отель для вас. Хочу сказать менеджеру отеля что одними улыбками на рецепшене сыт не будешь.
