Booked the room through Trip.com app, precising we will do a late check-in. When ae arroved, people seemed not aware or our booking and rushed to prepare a room which was not what we booked. Things get fixed the next morning but it was not really a pleasant arrival... Aside that, the hotel is nice and the staff friendly. But it would deserve more careful cleaning. The location is great in a quiet area but at a walking distance from the Old Market area. The included breakfast is really decent.

環境設施都非常簡單，床單被套污漬明顯，住了五天四晚，一次也沒給換。早餐不錯。

Отель на фотографиях выглядит намного лучше. Верхние этажи без запаха плесени и затхлости, но вот на нижних тяжёлый запах. Сам отель вполне себе нормальный, но не стоит своих денег. Бассейн хороший. Близко к ночному рынку и центру.

このホテルは本当に当たりです。 大大大満足。 スタッフは片言ながら充分コミュニケーションとれました。 ホテルに入る最後の道がちょっと暗いのでローケーションはマイナス評価です。 あと、朝食のパンが非常に美味しかったです。(小麦の味が...とかじゃないけど、薄パリッふか〜って感じです。)

앙코르와트 보러 갔다가 가까운 곳으러 숙소 잡았어요! 일본인이 많아서 신기했고 작지만 알찬 풀장이 있어요! 추천해요!

사장님 인상좋고..숙소도 깨끗합니다. 툭뚝 하루 15불이구요.. 중심가까지 걸어서 15분정도 보시면 됩니다.

Don’t book. Sadly something must have gone terribly wrong since the last reviews of this resort. The place is not maintained - there was no restaurant, no spa, no poolbar as claimed. Apparently nobody has stayed here for a long time and the photos are surely very old. Two dirty sun beds had been placed by the pool side for our stay. Hardly any of the long list of amenities were present in the room. What is worse is that the room was hardly dusted, surfaces were sticky and towels were old and stained. The hot water in the shower was dangerously hot, I almost burnt my skin and got a big bruise on my foot as I dropped the heavy shower head on my foot due to the shock. There was nobody else around, not even staff - very spooky. We had booked the “resort” for five nights and the hotel had demanded a pre-payment, total scam. We had to leave after one night- there was no way we could have stayed there for a second longer. I am a seasoned SA Asia traveler and have visited Siem reap several times. There are plenty of nice places to stay in the vicinity and the larger Siem Reap- even for a lesser price. This experience was a shock and the owner/ manager seems not to be responding to the request of reimbursement either.

Really enjoying our stay here, quality for a great price, friendly staff, and lovely cleaners who do a great job. Stunning garden, our room is stunning, and we love it. Great breakfast, prompt service. Very happy. I almost don't want to share because this place is so right for us that we would like to keep it a secret really. No backpackers, lush garden, quiet part of town

A little more run down than the photos would suggest but it was clean with a good breakfast, a pool ( much appreciated at the end of a hot day) and nice staff, still good value for what we paid. Maybe worth paying a little extra for the rooms by the pool. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were not operating when we were there but bought cans of beer for by the pool and good places to eat and drinknearby, not far from pub street but that was a bit bright and busy for our taste, really liked the Khmer Grill for food and Pomme brew pub (own brewed craft beer busy with ex pats) both within a 5 min walk

Good location just outside the busy area, so it's nice and quiet but still within walking distance of most places. The rooms are decent for the price. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. A nice breakfast includes fresh fruit, eggs, and baguette with jam. The pool is also very nice; surrounded by some trees and greenery. Friendly and helpful staff, round off a good package. Mr Kim and the security guy Teun were particularly helpful.

Really nice. It was great value and in a very convenient location. Not far from the old market our the main social areas. The staff and the pool are what really make it. They are extremely helpful and the swimming pool is top notch. The breakfast was also really good and set you well up for the Day.

Great time at Mane Family, beautiful garden, very kind team dedicated to customers, always ready to please and help us for any details. Massages are very good. Ideal for a trip in family. Definitely I would recommend it.

ツアー会社のパックで宿泊しました！ スタッフさんはみなさん丁寧で日本語が話せる方が多く(しかも完璧な敬語！)、何かと細かく気にしてくださいました。 最初に案内されたお部屋の金庫の調子が悪かったので、即座に隣のダブルベッドルームにランクアップしていただけたり、気になる点はないですか？と何度も聞いてくださったり、自由行動日のプランを一緒に考えて予約もしてくださいました。その際、観光の注意点なども伝えていただき大変参考になりました。 朝食も美味しく、至れり尽くせりのおもてなしです。 言葉も通じるので安心して過ごせました。また利用させていただきたいです！

少々建付けの悪さが気になりましたが、親切なオーナーやスタッフさんのおかげで快適に過ごせました。近くにレストランもあり、マーケットへも徒歩で行けます。夜から朝にかけてカエルの鳴き声が聞こえる、落ち着いた宿でした。 I was a little concerned about the poor construction, but thanks to the kind owner and staff, I had a comfortable stay. There are restaurants nearby and you can walk to the market. It was a calm inn where you could hear frogs croaking from night to morning.
