"Ngl the hotel itself is on the older side but nothing beats their service and hospitality! The room was extremely clean, everyone was so kind and helpful to the point that my family came in late and the restaurant stayed open an extra 15 min to serve us dinner! I was most impressed by the warm bartenders and wait staff as well as the concierge and desk services that helped book restaurant reservations and excursions for us. If you’re visiting Sibiu, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Location was perfect, good internet and complimentary breakfast was amazing!"

"The hotel is in a good location, close to the ancient city, with rich breakfast varieties. It is an old hotel with a bit old facilities, but the service is good, it is clean and sanitary, and the price is reasonable."

The heating is strong enough that clothes dry overnight after washing. The TV has various sports channels, making watching games a great experience. Overall, it's excellent value for money."
