I called the Împăratul Romanilor hotel. MADALINA at the front desk answered the phone and helped us. She is the sweetest human being who made our entire stay so pleasant. The hotel has so many breakfast choices and it is included. The location of the hotel is right next to the big square walking distance from everything. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back."

"Stayed for 2 nights in mid September 2025 in the deluxe double room. The hotel is located near the old town of Sibiu. It is within walking distance to the big and small square. Room was of a good size with a large bathtub and large shower room with toilet. Not suitable though for friends if you plan to use the bathtub, as it is not enclosed. Room has basic amenities, good wifi but no USB charging points. The shower area in the room that I stayed has slanting roof, so not good for tall person to use. No rain shower. Breakfast has much variety and was delicious. The staff were friendly especially the lady who attended to me at the reception. She was all smiles and never fail to greet and have small chats with the guests. I was also able to deposit my luggage after I checked out and returned quite late in the night to take back my luggage, as I had a night train."
