Good location by the sea. We arrived at the hotel around 2 p.m. and they allowed early checked-in. Unfortunately, the water pipe was broken, we cannot use the water for the whole afternoon. They also did not inform us during the checked-in. The amenities smell so good, but no lotion provided. They gave us high floor as requested, we booked city view.

I had a very bad check-in experience when I checked into room 1005 on February 11. The lights in the room could not be turned off, causing the baby to be unable to sleep normally. However, despite repeated requests to the hotel front desk manager, the problem was not solved and even after four phone calls, the problem was not solved. Next article The hotel's quality and problem-solving ability are really disappointing. It's OK to solve the problem as soon as possible if there is a problem with the light. However, this problem requires multiple requests from the guest before it is solved. I feel bad. The hotel is good but the service staff is terrible. I will report this issue to accor hotel group via email

Hotel was really good, clean, environment is really good. The staff was so nice!!!! Especially the water side at the night time was really nice!
