Great location near malls, cafes, railway station and walking distance to night market. Staff at front desk is friendly and helpful, shout out specially to Elly, who made us feel welcome at check in . Room and toilet are clean, however room size is a bit small. Do note this hotel do not provide any toiletries except shower gel and shampoo, so guests have to bring their own.

After trying several hotels, now I always stay in Lin whenever I am in Taichung. Centrally located and best hotel. Room size is too big and breakfast buffet spread is also very vast

We booked 2 rooms this time, all on 8th floor. But the view of twin room is much better than the double room. A huge difference. You can take a look of the photos. We just tried their lobby cafe this time, service and food taste were ok, but the toast that we’ve ordered arrived cold, due to the malfunction of their oven, what a surprise!

Spacious room. Our plan for farmstay was affected by the typhoon and we had to make a last minute booking for our stay on Saturday evening. Hotel was kind to upgrade our roo, for Sunday to the same as Saturday.

Generally clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Location is not near to Fengjia Night market. Need to get a cab there. Difficult to flag down a cab to return at night. The nearest market to the hotel doesn’t have much shopping apart from local food. Food is cheap here. Most taxi drivers can’t converse in English…better with Chinese Mandarin or Hokkien. But all are helpful and friendly. Taxi..charged by meters.

Decent amount of space for couples. Nearby food stalls. Few minutes walk away from 2nd market. Bubble tea stall just beside. Cleanliness is good. Recommended

I returned to the hotel in the evening with a large bag in hand, and the staff at the door offered to help me put it into the room, so that I could go out to eat directly without going back to the room. When I returned to the room, I found that the staff had specially arranged all the slippers for me. The service here is really good ~ 100 points But the design of the hotel has many inconvenient details: 1. Wardrobe: The room I live in has two wardrobes. Since the two wardrobes are at the corners, they will be affected when the door is opened and take up a lot of space. 2. Circulation: The circulation in the room is not suitable for ordinary people. There is no place to put luggage. There is a table and chairs at the entrance (not very practical). If business people need to iron clothes, it will be very inconvenient because the iron cord is very short and will get stuck in the toilet door. In addition, the iron will leak... The chair furnishings are also stuck in the bathroom door, which will get stuck when washing. 3. Supplies in the room: There is an extra strip of used toothpaste in the new toothbrush supplies... It feels like it is a quality problem with the supplier; the pajamas provided by the hotel have a torn collar... I feel the quality is very poor 4. The location of the hotel is really not very good, because it is in the center of the city, and there are basically traffic jams. If it is a weekend, the road is closed...many drivers don't know the road well, and if you really drive on the road, it will cause safety hazards. (Because there are many pedestrians) 5. The hotel staff is not professionally trained enough and some necessary information is not provided when checking in. If you choose again, you probably won’t spend more than NT$8,000 to stay there. There are better options at the same price~

I booked a room on the fourth day of the ***** New Year for NT$8899, which did not include breakfast and tickets to the parent-child park. In many places in this hotel, one can still feel the traces of renovation of an old hotel, and the cutting of corners is reflected in various details. These are all kinds of unpleasant details that anyone who is willing to spend nearly 9,000 yuan to stay in a hotel for one night can keenly perceive. When we drove to the underground parking lot, we saw that the floor of the underground parking lot was very worn. We knew that it was a renovation of an old hotel. The elevator was very small and crowded. The stone floor of the elevator and the lobby was old and dull. It really gave people a feeling of Not even a four star rating. Due to the traffic jam, it was already seven o'clock when we arrived at the hotel, and we found out that the restaurant in the hotel was not open. I had no choice but to pack my luggage and rush out to find dinner. Basically, I was not told anything when I checked in, including what number to dial to call the front desk. After dinner, I returned to the room. As soon as I entered, I felt that it did not have the high-end feeling of a five-star hotel. Instead, some old furniture, such as the old coffee table and sofa, had paint peeling off but had not been replaced, which reduced the overall texture of the room. Later I found out that the room didn't come with mineral water, so I had to go out to the convenience store to buy mineral water after a tiring day (the hotel has a water dispenser, but no large kettle for water, and the hotel has a vending machine, but it was out of order). The bed in the room was not a freestanding bed. It has been a long time since we have stayed in a hotel of this price range where the bed was not a freestanding bed. All of this made us feel that after a tiring journey, we still had to deal with the discomfort caused by the lack of attentiveness and comfort of various hotels, which was not worth nearly 9,000 yuan a night. I can understand that some hotels now ask customers to get water from drinking fountains in order to be environmentally friendly and save costs, but it is still rare to encounter such a practice in high-priced hotels. The only two advantages of the hotel are probably 1. The surrounding living facilities are good, otherwise we really don’t know what to do if we take the children out to find food at nearly 7:30, and there is no breakfast provided the next day. Fortunately, there are good breakfast shops and restaurants within a 3-minute walk. 2. The room is very large. In short, I think this is a hotel that is very good at marketing. If you don't look carefully, you will think it is a high-end hotel. Many marketing photos also show photos of parent-child parks, which is a bit misleading for consumers. If consumers are busy, they will not be able to see the hotel. If you look closely, you would naturally think that guests can use the parent-child playground for free. Even if there is a premium during the Chinese New Year, the premium is too exaggerated, making people feel that the money spent is not worth it.

Centrally located, making it easy to access major attractions and transportation. The hotel maintains high standards; rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or information needed. While the gym is available, only a few devices are functional, and some weights are missing, which may be disappointing for fitness enthusiasts. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and convenience.
