The worst thing is the hotel's Genting Coffee. Afternoon tea was given as a gift when we checked in. We went to use it on the last day and were told to choose one of the 4 drinks (honey grapefruit tea, juice, American coffee, and I can't remember the other one). I said I wanted a latte, but the waiter said it didn't have one and that it could only be ordered a la carte and not the complimentary ones. I discussed it with her again and asked her to make a latte and I would pay the difference, but it still didn't work. I repeatedly emphasized that it could only be ordered a la carte. Later I contacted the front desk and said that I had already stayed for three nights. Could I change the American coffee to a latte and pay the difference? Besides, Genting Coffee and the hotel room were not in the same building, but she delivered it like this. I really dare not comment on such a hygiene concept. The waiter told me that your fries were served late just now, 40 yuan. Damn, how can you charge 40 yuan for a plate of fries? Since it was delivered to the room, can I not eat it? I have to ask the hotel here, if you can deliver afternoon tea, please do so. If you can't afford it, don't do it. During this 4-day trip to Lhasa, whether it was restaurants, scenic spots, taxis, or shopping, I felt the enthusiasm and patience of the ******* people.
